zondahelmet: Spec-C is for the Subaru Impreza WRX STi Spec-C '04, purchasable from the new car lot. It's so much quicker than the rest of the 4WD road cars that it needed it's own category.

gtfan007: EVERY car is eligible to race. :) So go for it. :D Your Cien would be in the MR/RR category just to let you know.

i have a s2000 with no traction aids that runs perfect 10.0's all day long. yes, if i powershift it, it will run into the 9's, but if shifting normally, it is super super consistent.

i also am in the process of making a viper gts drag car setup. so far my best time is 8.30's

Read the rules, ONLY TIMES FROM LAS VEGAS WILL BE ACCEPTED!! There's no elevation changes there.

Okay, sorry I didn't notice the times in the past couple of days boys and girls. Just to let you know:

The Greatest - Spec C time accepted, you're in the #8 spot. The GTR picture however I'm not seeing on here, just the Red X box. :) Fix it up, and that 7.8 time will get you #2 on the 4WD list.

gtfan007 - Your time is also accepted, you're just outside the #15 spot however so I can't update. :)

Keep it up people, I love seeing the times tumble. :D
 
hey mafia_boy i just recently updated and got a better time of '07.794.. check my last post for pics.. thanks again.. hope i'm not being much of trouble peace!
 
Just so you know I plan on taking out the Non-US production cars classics up to 1975 category. Do I need a picture? These things take time to upload, I'll do it if it's needed. (I intend on getting first place)

Edit: Damn, only a 9.770 in a Jensen Interceptor. Not good enough and it's not repeating that damn time, because I can't take pictures until tomorrow I'd say this is a fail. I'v still got some others to try though. If I do come back an post that time it might not be that good any more because I can't photo this time.
 
Go buy a digital camera scrooge!! :lol: Or use your mobile if it's got a camera and use your USB link and hook us up!! I don't care about the quality, so long as I can read it. :)

PS. I was jk too about the RJ comment, hence my :sly: & :lol: in there too. :P I think that GM owning must cause early onsets of alzheimers. :lol:
 
I'm not going to bother, the Jensen had nowhere near the potential I thought it would so bugger it. A Ginetta had good potential but only got to a 9.8.
 
Sorry for the double post (blame about 20 locked and in-coherent threads), but I have smashed the non-US cars up to 1975 record. In an AC Cars 427 S/C '66 I got a time of 8.841 down the old strip in Vegas. Today I have run out of time to upload the image (takes at least 1/2hour for me), but I have taken the photo, and will upload it as soon as I can. 👍

Yikes, someone's got some damn slow dial-up, I had 28.8 for a good long while and it wasn't THAT bad.

Might give ya a run... I figger that if I can manage low-8s in the Rexy, I can manage low-8s in the Cobra.
 
My Mum's camera for a start. I don't know how to operate the camera or get the picture on the computer. I only know how to get it from file to GTP post. I'm really pushing for tomorrow now (just erasing a little mistake on the 8 that I made :lol: )
