Verbal abuse is not a crime in the US, unless it includes a threat of violence. A racial slur is not a crime.

How you rightly you're against discrimination? Whenever you make a choice or preference technically you're discriminating, in your case by saying that you're gay you are discrminating against those of the opposite sex given your preference for someone of the same sex, the same can be said about any heterosexual who prefer someone of the opposite sex.

Complete and utter nonsense.

You can deny anyone service on the grounds of private property and free association however in your case you're driven by the profit motive hence why no businessman in his right mind will refuse service.

No businessman in their right mind would serve :censored:holes. It becomes a bit of a pickle, refuse the money and ignore the :censored:hole, or take their money and put up with their bollocks.

There are valid reasons for either choice, mostly depending on how much money and how big a hole.

I quite enjoy relieving racist, sexist, etc-ist idiots of more money than they should logically be paying me, simply because I'm able to present myself as a supposed ally of their small-minded, feeble, "purist" fantasy world. I also enjoy watching the illusion of kinship crumble before them, as post-contract conversations lead to the gradual realisation of discordance.

I used to do that but got tired of it a few years ago. There are some people I just can't stand:lol:. One is The Negotiator.

"I have X problem, I live here, how much is service"

"If you want me out there today $130, if you want to wait until Monday, $95"

"Okay, come today, we'll figure it out when you get here"

"Figure out what?"

"The price"

"I just told you the price"

"Oh come on man, I know so and so and so and so and you know so and so etc."

"Neat, it's still $130"

"Okay, just come out"

"Sure no problem, you realize it's $130 right"

"I'll give you $100 how is that, good deal"

"Sure, as long as there's another $30 with it"

Long experience tells me that unless they actually utter the words, "Okay it's $130", they don't intend to pay you $130, they intend to negotiate when you get there, meaning they'll pull out $100 and expect you to argue for the rest. Homey don't play dat:lol:. Funny thing is, once they agree on a price, if they agree, they always apologize afterwards for giving me a hard time and I often give them a discount anyway, with a stern, tongue in cheek lecture about not agreeing to a price over the phone and expecting me to negotiate after the service is over.

Has absolutely nothing to do with homosexuality whatsover so I'm a bit off topic:lol:

Which has nothing at all to do with Homosexuality.

You are the one that posted the news in the Homosexuality thread, rather than the America thread, which would be far more appropriate.
Our mayor is openly gay. He is in the vanguard of achieving gay rights. He is publicly accused of committing homosexual sex crimes. Why do you have a problem with that being in the homosexual thread??

Did he being homosexual make him do it?

It may have determined his choice of victim, but it's not a causal factor in him committing child sexual assault.

So homosexuality determined a male's choice of a male child victim, but homosexuality had nothing to do with the subsequent homosexual victimization of that child? Yeah, that makes a whole lot of sense.

Ah do heterosexuality is a causal factor in male female rape.

Nope, sexual assault has as much, if not more to do with power and control as sexual orientation.

The mayor is gay. The alleged victim is the same sex. Allegations involve paying for gay sex. Older accusations exist that were made by extreme right wing anti-gay activists. Doesn't belong in the homosexuality thread. Makes sense.

Sometimes you wonder whether to feel sorry for these minor states or RFSes in the Caucuses and Urals trying to break away from (usually) Mother Russia and then they do something like that to remind you how vile the world is.

🤬 Chechnya.

I am absolutely disgusted by Ramzan Kadyrov and his policies, but I don't expect anything less from a terrorist like him being in control of an entire country.

Question: Why do homophobics hate Homosexuals? Apart from Religions?

Just wondering.
I assume some might think it isn't natural or some think they do it for the attention.

That's just be 2 cents in 2 seconds when not counting religion reasons.

For the exact same reason anybody hates anything. It's different to them. Same applies to religion, race, social standing, music choice, political leaning, etc. It's got nothing to do with homosexuality.

I'm disappointed in Germany. I really thought that gay marriage already was legal there. But as it turns out, Merkel's party, the CDU, just now made the swing towards approval.

They're going to vote for it this Friday.

And here I thought the Euros were so much more progressive than us Canadians. I'm disappointed!
