Well this is going to be interesting. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that most (if not all) of the partners from the Deltawing project are gonna be announced with this car.

Not surprising that they'll be using the Nismo Leaf RC's drive train to power it, since that car never amounted to much.

I'd still wish they'd have stayed with the batmobile look and a more slender/sleek roof. Though the car looks like Tim Burton's batmobile just a nice pearl white. The car color is nice much better than the chrome.

Also the Leaf amounted to more than the Volt

Sorry, I don't like it.

It looks far too much like a Deltawing MK II. That may be fine but I'd rather see somebody else take the spot and race something more groundbreaking, like the hydrogen car that was supposed to race this year.

That car just looks like a spaceship out of Star Wars. Sorry.

Mmm, I've gotta say, I actually quite like that Nissan, it seems a bit more solid and imposing than the original DW, and the colour makes it look pretty futuristic to me.
But I was kinda hoping for a more traditional LMP1 type car tbh, but meh.
Also the name sounds like a villain from Star-Trek XD

First impression: Looks more like the deltawing they had last year, this time with a electric-powered motor engine. More manufacturers may join them in the electric powered LMP1 class: Toyota, Mazda, Audi, Porsche and many more.

Strangely, I actually like this far more then I do the Deltawing coupe, its somehow looks more...correct.

I totally agree. The Deltawing was something wild like, a strange design that looks like a Batmobile to me. And if anything happens, like the crash at Road Atlanta with a GT3 last year. It's not stable as much for the driver and the car.

I don't want to imagine a serious high speed crash with the DW (I'm thinking of the two R18s of 2011 LM and the last TS030 of 2012 LM incidents.)

But this car has a feeling that gives me that this is what the DW should've been. Don't get me wrong, the DW project was innovative and intriguing and I followed the car since it debut. But this new car is what I wanted to see.

The real Deltawing coupe looks like the top was an afterthought bodged together after the car was finished. The Nissan looks like it is meant to have a roof to begin with. Also the side windows have a GTR shape to them, which is nice.
