I don't understand how anyone can mistake one car for another... They're all vaguely similar, sure, but they're all very different. It's not like Alfa Romeo and McLaren in the early 80s, who both wore Marlboro branding...
Well, white and red, but mainly red, like the TS020 for example.Honda's colors are white and red usually (Japan's racing colors, in fact), so probably no dice there.
The 908 and the Lola Aston Martin in Gulf livery are still my favourite modern LMP1s.
Trust me that won't be real outputs.Does anyone know the outputs on the Porsche and Audi since Toyota were willing to tell the world theirs
Trust me that won't be real outputs.
I like all?
Anyway, here's the low-drag TS040 Le Mans SPEC -
Plus the TS040 video! 👍
Racecar-Engineering is guessing 4MJ for Audi and Porsche is still testing its options.
The low drag is interesting...
And engine outputs?
No HP figures.
Can't wait till next year when Nissan comes back to Le Mans with a P1 car. It would also be nice to have the Peugeots back in the mix so we can have 5 factory team in P1. Anyone knows why Dodge, Ford, or Chevrolet don't make a P1 car?
Meanwhile I noticed that @Alex. 's friend, Fernando Rees, is there also and is now a works AMR driver. Good on him 👍

Or a low ratio gearbox.Audi has been 30kmh off the top speed of Porsche and Toyota so far. Either their hybrid system is not working or its very weak
I thought the same thing mate. He went quiet for ages but was doing well in the Corvette and now AM snapped him up. He's always had the pace so it's good to see it's finally been recognised. His friend and ex-team mate Juan Barazi (Who has an INSANE car collection including a DB4 Zagato and Zondas among others) drove the AMR a couple of years back, which can't have done him any harm.
Another possibility is they could be in high downforce trim while the others are in Le Mans trim. Still 30kmh is massive
As far as I can tell, the big three rarely have had any desire for a prototype and the only time they did was during the GTP era. There was a GTP Corvette owned and run by Rick Hendrick (which was a lola with Corvette cues and nameplate) but apart from two wins, it had little success.
GM had a prototype in the early 2000's.
