Haha! I messed around with mine because of that silly slanting back bit for you're PC screen, I also didn't screw on the bottom shelf. it's nothing like what it's meant to be

That back panel is strong enough to hold the TV?

I want a black one :grumpy::dopey:

My driving force pro will not calibrate when switched on, with just the right light appearing with the left one blinking, rendering it not to work in game. Any solutions?

When you turn the PS2 on and GT4 starts up what does it do exactly?

Mine will turn all the way to the right stop and then go all the way to the left stop. Then it switches to 200 degree mode (turning off the right light) and does it again. After that it centers itself and switches back to 900 degree mode (turning the right light back on so that both are lit).

Make sure you have it plugged in. If you plug the DFP in without the force feedback plug in, or if you switch to 200 degree mode without the plug in, it wont work.

It definitely is, everything is as it should be. I've also tried swapping the USB ports but to no avail.

It seems unlikely, but this has only happened since I clamped it to a different table strangely.

This is what I mean, it doesn't calibrate i.e. it doesn't turn all the way to the right and left. With everything on the right light is on along with the left one blinking, but because it doesn't calibrate I can't actually use the wheel in the game. Only the controls on the wheel itself are now working.

That's strange. Try blowing into the USB port, the end of the plug that goes into the DFP, the slot the plug for the DFP goes into. Blinking lights & no calibrating defiantly mean it's not plugged in, or the plug is not connecting properly.

I also noticed that switching it off by the plug resulted in both lights still being on...I switched the plugs round but it was still the same result.

Mine didn't calibrate & had flashing lights when the 110v power connection had worked loose.
I pushed the plug back in & it worked fine.
Remember the DFP gets power from both the USB & 110v.

Hey all...

I'm confused about the wheel's rotation. Various sites have said it's 900 degrees lock-to-lock whereas others say it's 900 degrees each way. Which is it? :scared:

Pretty sure you start at 1 lock. rotate 900 degrees and you hit the other lock. 2.5 turns.

So how many turns do I get each way? Love your avatar BTW
OK, I checked this when I got home last night. From lock to lock is two and a half turns, or 900 degrees.

From center you get one and a quarter turns in either direction (just divide by two) or 450 degrees.

If you are in 200 degree mode you get slightly more than half a turn from lock to lock or from center you get slightly more than a quarter turn from lock to lock, but I would not recommend trying this mode.

Hope that helps.

I was curious if anyone could recommend other games for the DFP. I knwo what games work with it (I can read), but I'd rather not have to sort through them all to find the best games.

Thanks.

on the ps3 th dfp functions, but when i play gt4 ON THE PS3 it has a one-half inch dead zone dead center. this isn't present with the ps2, therfore i have started using my ps2 for now.

I was wondering if there is a way to completely turn off the force feed back?
I know that you can just unplug it but then all the button functions don't work.
The game I am trying to get it to do it on it Enthusia.

Your Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated
