The new GT5 DLC just fails to deliver

Next major game update = GT6.

For PS3 or PS4? I've been a believer that it would be released on the PS3 and still am. But couldn't they realistically keep pumping out DLC into GT5 to avoid releasing GT6 on the PS3?

I'd love to see ALL tracks upgraded with dynamic weather and day/night time transitions. I fully expected an update to take place shortly after the release of the game. It just never happen and i'm a bit sadden to see new tracks added without the feature.

Everybody in the Racing Series forum is pumped about this and I am too. Super GT finally has it's road course and the NASCAR and IndyCar GTP series finally have an intermediate oval 👍

Speed Test Track $3.99 USD for 1 track. Motegi $4.99 for 2 tracks with 2 additional track layouts. If you are going to complain about pricing, complain about the Speed Test Track.

I'm not being pedantic, there is one unique road track with two smaller splits of that same track, plus a tiny piece of unique track. To claim this has four DIFFERENT tracks is just marketing bs.

They are different tracks though. For example, Nurburgring GP/F and GP/D are not the same track, they're different tracks in the same racing complex; the Nuburgring.

Anyway, so what? You're nitpicking over a £4 piece of DLC that the majority of people are happy with. You clearly have no idea how happy some of us serious league racers on GTP are about this release.

The four tracks are not the same. they may have some corners in common but they are not the same......now what's the word for four things that are not the same......oh......that would be "different"

It's more like two unique tracks - the Motegi Road Course and the Mogeti Oval - with two variations stemming from the Road Course - the East and the West course.

I'm always happy with new content, but what bothers me is that we already had the extra content on our PS3. We only paid to unlock it. Then why on earth it's always taking PD so long to let us unlock it

Well the Last Patch integrate the DLC, because when you didn't buy the DLC your Game needs to know the car if you Play online for example.

But your arguement doesn't count, because they added the Car only with the Patch for different reason.

I agree, I'd buy 5 mcchickens before I'd buy the new DLC. I mean it's cool and all, but for payed dlc I'd expect at least a premium track, would you pay for standard cars as dlc? Probably not.

That has nothing to do with it, it's about whether or not it's worth it. In my opinion, it's not. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't go to a bar and pay £100 for a beer, unless you were completely mental, value for money....

As has been said previously also, when we dont get DLC, there's complaining, when we do get DLC, there's complaining. Beginning to wonder why, with all this complaining, PD bother any more. If people cant be happy with what they do get, why bother getting anything at all..
