Ok fair enough :). I'm not from North America though so I suspect that would either be the European or Japanese (if there is such a thing) spec.

Then it could be either a manual or an automatic - regardless, it's not doing 155.

The site I used, www.parkers.co.uk, made the distinction between an all wheel drive and another version, presumably FF. The AWD version was listed at 152mph, the other version at 155mph. Another site I checked (can't remember which one) confirmed the 152mph.

All V70R models are all-wheel drive.

This afternoon was good to me...

Fastest red car:
Ferrari 550 Maranello: 4.5 sec 0-100km/h
550m01uu8.jpg

Most expensive gold car:
Ferrari 456M: MSRP US$224,585
456m01si1.jpg

Biggest speed difference:
'07 Bentley *Arnage (179 mph) vs Ford Focus (*126 mph) = Difference 53 mph
tortcb4.jpg

*Thought this might be a special version after noticing the grill in the front wing (but couldn't find anything so used the standard figure)
**I don't know which trim level the Focus is, so I just used the Focus with the highest top speed

Bonus:
M3 Coupe (E46)

Ok so results for last week:

Bonus:
M5Power =1pt
Exigeracer =1pt
Chaser_fan = 1pt (although I was tempted to dock you one point for the vomit inducing colour :D)

Tortoise and the Hare:
bennyrrr=1pt

Red Means Speed:
Chaser_fan=1pt

Expensive Gold Car:
Chaser_fan=1pt

Totals:
M5Power =1pt
Exigeracer =1pt
Chaser_fan = 3pt 👍
bennyrrr=1pt

Chaser_fan = 1pt (although I was tempted to dock you one point for the vomit inducing colour :D)

Haha! I was spoilt for choice in the M3 category, so I thought I'd submit one that you wouldn't miss!

New categories are up in the first post. I removed one as we only need 4, so I removed the police car one. The policeman might want to know why your taking his photo...

Very happy to win 3 points last week. Here are my categories for next week...

Category 1 - Do 4 rear lights really mean ‘super’?
Lamborghini, Ferrari, Zonda, Corvette... Supercar makers have been using this design cue for years, but does that mean only fast cars can have four round rear lights? Let's find out. Slowest car (must be stock) with 4 round rear lights wins a point.

Category 2 - Cigarette Paper Challenge - Closest Parked Proximity

Two cars parked nose to tail with the closest visible proximity. The cars must not be touching and parked with no occupants. The cars in question mustn't have been placed so on purpose by you or your mates. One point for the closest.

Category 3 - Light Fantastic – Best Power to Weight Ratio
Does what it says on the tin – the road car with the best power to weight ratio. One point for the best.

Category 4 – Excessive Eighties – Fastest 80’s Road Car
The 80’s was a great time of excess in the supercar business, with Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini trying to outdo each other with the F40, 959 and Countach respectively at the top end and the 911, 308, and Jalpa at the ‘bottom’ end. Many other companies were in on it too with Aston, Chevrolet and Lotus all coming out with the latest incarnations of their supercars. But, how many of these notoriously difficult to live with cars exist as daily drivers today? Or is it the more mundane cars that survive to this day. We’ll see – one point for the fastest (top speed) 80’s road car, people.

Bonus - Rainbow 6 - Six Colours of the Rainbow

Six cars (in different pictures is fine) in six colours of the rainbow (I left off indigo)
red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet (purple).
One point for a clean sweep, or one point to the person with the most colours. In a tie-break situation, highest total value of the cars wins.

Category 2 - Cigarette Paper Challenge - Closest Parked Proximity

So, are we allowed to take our own car and park it really close to something else? Or would that be cheating? 💡

Yes, I think that would be considered cheating and may result in unexpected hospital bills as a result of the owner of the car you're trying to park close to being none too impressed in said shenanigans. I'll edit my post accordingly.

I like these categories. 👍 I think I'll participate this week.

But those categories are only effective as of friday.

Oh, and I already have the slowest green car, so don't bother.

Fingers crossed the guy with the Exige decides to come into work this week.

I like the light competition. I know there are a few here in the US that could do quite well, quite well indeed...

Category 1 - Slowest car with 4 taillights.

dsc00914fm0.jpg

I believe this is a Nissian Langley. I'm completely unsure of year or speed because I've have never seen one before cause they supposedly don't exist in this country.

But it'd be extremely slow in a 80s kinda way. If anyone knows more info that'd be sweet 👍

I think you may have a winner already. Apparantly according to the stats and if it is indeed the 'D' version, your spot has a whopping 85 bhp which can propel this beast to a supersonic 102 mph. Snails laugh when they see this car!

EDIT: But, then again this category isn't up for another week so you'd have to see it again. Annoyingly this happened to me last week with this weeks categories.

[Starred Language Warning]
****!

Must pay more attention. Oh well...maybe I'll see it in another 19 years....

Haha! I'm sympathetic. Last week I saw the peak cars of half of this week's categories almost together. Tomorrow I bet I don't see either.

Here's my entry. I don't know the details, but here's what I could find.

Quickest 4-door Auder. Audi RS6 naught to sixty in 4.6:

102-9.jpg

Quickest 911. 997 Carrera 4S naught to sixty in 4.7:

103-6.jpg

Most efficient petrol car. Toyota Echo mpg 40/51:

105-4.jpg

Green means slow. Land Rover Defender. I don't know the spec on this model, but I'm seeing most times between 14.7 and 15.5 to sixty. Funny sticker on the back window "The best 4 x 4 x far":

Bonus:

I wish.

PS Merry Christmas

A few were, and I doubt that one is. I can go outside and find another in 10 seconds, they sold a hell of a lot of them in Canada, and probably more than 100 for every hybrid model.

Fuel Efficient:
Smart ForTwo City: 59 mpg Highway: 75 mpg

Slowest Green Car:
Nissan March 0-60mph 17.6 seconds

Fastest 4dr Audi:
2007 Audi RS4 4.6-second 0-to-60 (Car&Driver Sept 2006)

Fastest Porsche:
997 911 GT3 4.1s 0-60 193mph top speed (porsche.com)
