Oh put down the tin foil hat, that is absurd, and I doubt they will make a big deal of it with the NewSX, with something like aluminium accents for the inside and outside of the car (10th anniversary, geddit?), and they definitley definitley wont limit them to something like 2005 units world wide...
Okay, you're going farther than I thought to. But that works I guess. Some kind of limited run launch edition wouldn't be that surprising I guess.
So this new one shouldn't be much more, around $150k I think? They are saying Audi R8 money.
Yeah, $150K (And not 150 K, which is something else) sounds about right.

Think McLaren have a few from that first lot of NSX's?

Ron Dennis: "And here's your card key, Zo. And here's yours, Jenson."
Jenson(winks): "No thanks, Ronnie. Honda already gave me an NSX-R."

I really really really want to like this car but it doesn't do anything for me, I'm sure Honda are devastated by that.

I did take it too far. But then I kinda want It to happen.

I've sat here having a little giggle at the thought of that...

I want to know Gordon Murray's thoughts and impressions about it when/if he sees and drives it.

It's beautiful.

It's a Longitudinally Mounted, 75 Degree, Twin Turbo V6.

Orders begin in Summer 2015, Deliveries begin in Autumn/Fall 2015, prices start at about $150,000 (that's about £100,000...making it about £25,000 more than a GT-R. Hmm....)

It can be yours only for the modest price of 150k!

:guilty::guilty::guilty:

Well, that's the same price that could buy you the new Ford GT, so that's another thing.

Well, at least this looks really good. I am more of a old NSX guy, so this design is not quite my favorite, but I admire the work done. And with the specifications it has, it should be a riot to drive. Now just hurry up and start making it, Honda\Acura.

And what's the price of the original NSX with inflation? Probably around the same price.

The new one probably costs even a little bit less. The old one was sold here for 140 - 175000 Deutsche Mark and the newer model was sold for about 80 - 90000€, so it will probably retail (if our currency doesn't decide to bite the dust) for around 125 - 130000€, which considering the technology and performance isn't all that bad.

I wholly prefer the styling of the interior of the NSX concept with the dominating large display in the centre console. It looks busy and pedestrian now. Shame. What could have been.

I like how the styling from the concept has remained largely unchanged for this production model. 550hp from the hybrid drivetrain should hopefully give it the oomph to take the fight to it's 911/R8/F-Type R rivals.

6/10 this car does nothing for me. Of course i never been a big fan of the NSX. Who is this car aim at? hope is not the 458? cause why on earth would i buy this over that masterpiece  And hahaha it looks like a R8 from the sides

It's for someone that wants a 458 and can't afford one.
