Thanks! came out better then I expected.Looks great!!
I see your DC2R wheels and raise you DC5R:
I'd wager that most of the stock wheels that C4 Corvette owners got rid of over the years are now mounted to old Golfs, hence Tornado's sarcasm.
Not sure if they used adapters or some aftermarket company made replicas, but I like those on either gen Lightning more than the factory 1st gen wheels.
Adapters seem most likely. The wheels have the same center bore, so you could redrill the rotors and the rear axles and the wheels would fit but you might end up rubbing because the second gen wheels are wider and have a higher offset. Hub centric adapters in a 14mm thickness may do the trick because those suckers have big wells; I know a guy who had one on 305s all around and didn't rub.Not sure if they used adapters or some aftermarket company made replicas, but I like those on either gen Lightning more than the factory 1st gen wheels.
I'd say they're a set of GT wheels; everything matches right down to the staggering.
Appear to be some variety of Mustang (late S-197?) wheels. They look pretty good, but I'm such a hopeless sucker for graphite/bronze anything wheels that I'm biased.
Are those a Volvo design in house or designed by Compomotive or Ronal, etc.?Does my 240 running 740/760 wheels count?

I believe they're just a volvo design. Originally they're supposed to be run with the large center cap like this photo but I like the totally ugly yet rad look it's got running no center caps. Are those a Volvo design in house or designed by Compomotive or Ronal, etc.?
Wow. Definitely look like rally wheels. Never knew how they looked without the cap. Cool stuff.I believe they're just a volvo design. I gather it's supposed to resemble or invoke the H1's central tire inflation system.Look like a parking boot is stuck to the wheel.
