Thank you for commenting. Much appreciated. 👍

@DM > I think #4 is a very interesting shot
I have no idea how you get the same sky looks different between 2 windows
you inverted b&w on the sky, didn't you?
Simple. That was taken from inside a restaurant. The right window was open, the left one, closed. ;)

1. Can you make that photo a 1440x900 wallpaper for my monitor? If not, that's fine too. But that's one sweet photo. 👍

X2! Except, my res is 1400x1050.
Sorry to disappoint you, but because of the cropping I can't do those resolutions (there was a big building below that). The best I can do is give you this 1440*xxx and you can try and add some borders or something. Although I'm pretty sure you won't use is because it looks like crap that size (the picture was taken at the tele end of the zoom, had some haze, heavy noise reduction, only 3MP, etc, etc...). Sorry again. 👎

Oh, and Duck, I use a Panasonic Lumix FZ3.

EDIT:

I almost forgot: nice textures and colours, Klos. 👍

Had a photoshoot today with an old freind

The photo is good enough for me. :)

Very nice shots everyone! 👍

I think i like AH's water shot the best, though.

Neocrox: Is that a Yamaha Clavinova in the background? Had to ask :P

Huh? In what pic, I can't find a Yamaha..:scared:

impressive stuff skyline guy!

i've been to cologne over the weekend and made plenty of pictures...

lets start with some of the coloured ones:

Vlad, those have to rank amongst the most beautiful shots I've seen on this thread so far. 👍 to that

vladimir, those are excellent! Especially #1, 4, 5, 6, 7. Well done. 👍

Sometimes I say really bad things about my little FZ3, but that second shot is a crop of almost 1/4 of a 3MP photo... Not bad at all, I guess.
About the last one, I like the green on the background, but at the same time it's a bit too distracting... Any opinions?

Wow Guys awesome shots! Here's a few from me.

Well, Tuesday was the Blue Angels practice day. I think the ceiling was less than 1000' in some areas. Hevay Rain north of the field. With a sprinkle over the entire field. I still can't believe they decided to practice. I guess if they gave it a shot, I'd give it a shot taking pics in such crappy weather too.

thanks guys!

diabolical,

i love the isloation by the black background in the first shot, the lighting is just perfect. very nice!

for the same reason i love the third shot with the green background, because the...well, whatever it is...is similarily isolated by it. ;)

as for the 2nd...the bird is caught very well, only the bokeh looks a bit weird.

speedy,

the wheater is great to observe those contrail effects. i like nr. 1 and 2 especially.

Friend from work wanted some pics taken today. He borrowed this GSXR600 from a friend. We finally found a vacant road to get some shots. By the end my arm was sore from holding up the Sigma. Still is now actually.

hte panning is superb...but you better tell your friend that he should wear something next time because, to be honest, that looks slightly ridiculous.

Yeah I know. That's kinda his style. He owns a dirt bike and does tricks with no shirt. He's taken a few falls too. Plenty of scars too. I think If I was a rider I'd have all the gear on. :scared:

A couple shots from the weekend. There was a drift competition hapening, but three of us couldn't be bothered so we were talking with some Nissan owners regarding S13s and R32. They also got bored and took their cars out on the back track for some fun.

Any criticism? Something I should work on/avoid?

Here is a bunch of pictures I have taken over the past few months. Most of them have had some sort of color adjustments to them, and other little things, but nothing major on these pics. Tell me what you think.

Sorry if some of them are big, I didn't have a chance to resize all of them. Most of them were never finished, hence the reason for a few of them having borders and the others not.

Can you make wallpapers for me!! :D 1400x1050?

I'll shamelessly repost stuff I've put up over at POTN.

Here's one I posted for feedback:
