Every time I see Boris I can't help but think of Brother Theodore.

The whole "all protests are violent" argument makes me laugh. Mainly because it pretty much 100% contradicts the whole "most gun owners are responsible" argument most right wing people like so much.

Is it too much to ask that people at least try to use proper grammar? (Obviously this is directed at the tweet and not you personally.)

A vast majority of protesters are peaceful and a vast majority of gun owners are responsible.
Even that doesn't work because the original Twitter post was so devoid of any logic. 2.5 billion people didn't fight in WWII, so the argument is like taking all the deaths in America from all causes and blaming firearms owners for them as proof they shouldn't have them.

I think it has something to do with dating outside your family.

Example:
Californian: "Look, she's pretty and all, but isn't she your cousin?"
Georgian: "Hey man, don't California my Georgia!"

I could certainly be wrong though. :P

California is (sometimes erroneously) associated with liberals (more accurately, social democrats or socialists). That’s the point of the shirt: don’t make Georgia (supposedely) liberal (actually, socialist).
