Looks like Tsukuba to me, I was about to ask the same thing.

It is Tsukuba but looks like it was Edited

Yes, it is Tsukuba. I edited the grass color, tried to make it look like a winter grass on a real track.
You can see a bit of unedited grass in a car windows, i forgot about that somehow.
