The news, twitter, facebook, stay the same for days. When was PD ever not silent? Ok, Kaz wrote a letter the other day, but that doesn’t mean he’s about to embark on a community blog.
And certainly not after the letter was more or less "I want you to play MY game a certain way, so deal with it. Be patient and you'll get what you are given when we feel like giving it"When was PD ever not silent? Ok, Kaz wrote a letter the other day, but that doesn’t mean he’s about to embark on a community blog.
Honestly it doesn’t matter. It was signed with his name, meaning he probably approved it.I'm only putting my two cents in, but I find the "statement" that was released last week to very telling. After reading it several time, then taking the time to go back and watch several interviews with Kazunori Yamauchi, I don't believe, for a second, he wrote this. The language feels wrong, like someone trying to word things like him. My guess is some PR puke wrote it to be full of nothing and the company put Kaz's name on it. Any other thoughts?
It only takes one person to write up a post outlining their future plans and upcoming content. A few more people to translate into various languages. It wouldn't affect development in any significant way. Even less if they have someone whose job is specifically community interaction.Personally I would rather they work in silence and fix any problems or add more content instead of hit a blog every day repeating the same description of what they are working on.
No Man’s Sky was made by Hello Games, who overpromised and originally underdelivered. That was to be expected from a devteam that previously made side-scrolling and iOS games, with the scope of a project like No Mans Sky.Silence isn't bad. Look at a blundered release like No Man's Sky. People thought the devs abandoned the game entirely, and cried out for interaction. They were just hard at work.
Only time will tell in GT7s case, but silence isn't a definite sign that things are doomed. Especially considering they've never been the chatty type.
Bud PD and Kaz have two decades of incompetance out of touch bad decisions lacking features BS excuses and delivering underwhelming results that tell us its all them. Plus they already tried this **** with GT HD.I feel Sony is behind this .
Hear me out , MTX have existed since GT6 but Kaz and Crew litteraly did everything possible to make it redundant , GT6 and sport had options to turn it off too..
In GT6 all the VGT Seasonal events paid out One million credits if you got gold and gave you the VGT for just finishing the event . GT sport gave you cars every day , and credits were easy to come by.
Stop ignoring the fact PD is the LAST major japanese dev sony has and this game was the first PD game under Sony studios which is a COLABORATIVE led by sony usa.
I smell a sabotage .
My biggest concern is that maybe the don't have the actual plans ready, or else i belive they would have shared them allready during the interview.I was expecting some sort of news regarding an update, but there's still time left in the week. I'm not really holding my breath at this point though, I'm already looking at other sims to fill the void. Does the career mode work offline in GTS?

Bro it’s More like theyre hoping well just forget about everythingA lot of silence on the part of the PD these last few days. Is this an indication of an update bringing new events with better prizes or is it more of an empty update fixing minor bugs? What you think will gonna happen in the next months?
GT is already dead bro. No matter how much they try to fix this if they dont make the game playable offline, imagine what happens when they announce gt8 lmfaoooI’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Being so scarce on communication with this amount of angry/frustrated/duped customers is effectively killing this franchise, right now. This has gone from bad, to worse, to a complete and utter nightmare for everyone involved.
Not acting on it soon will be nailing this coffin shut.
This is way beyond a tragic comedy now then. FFS PD.
