I just thought of an idea of a new tradition specifically for this thread:
You guys know those birthday scenario games that are floating around? How about everytime a holiday comes up such as this one, I post scenarios from those but as holiday game? For the day it comes up (for instance, yesterday was the 14th), that numbered day is the amount of those posted up (in this instance, 14) and the numbers have links going to those said games. Now for the sake of staying AUP friendly for the time being, I won't include those involving NSFW scenarios so anything involving "sexytimes" or anything like it won't be included. I think it would make for a Group experience thats both possibly awkward and hilarious at the same time.
So for an example in the Valentines day edition of the MLP Holiday game, we would've:
1. Been in a variety comedy show with Scootaloo.
2. Danced off with Octavia.
3. Gone on an adventure to Mordor with AppleJack.
4. Get asked out by Rarity (No idea how that would work
)
5. Sailed across the ocean with Applebloom as captain (with different classes depeding on what day of the week we were born.
6. Became best friends with Colgate
7. Switched bodies with Granny Smith (Oh noes
)
8.Traveled through time and space with Applebloom
9. Had Discord as our bodyguard (Not sure if want..)
10. Took over Equestria with Princess Luna
11. Shared a Mincepie and eggnog with Applejack
12. Gone to the Galloping Gala with Applejack
13. Stolen Lyra Heartstring's prized possession
14. Switched bodies with Bon bon.
So yeah, theres an example of what I have in mind. If nobody likes that, I'll won't do it then. Just something goofy I thought up for you guys that could add something hilarious to the holidays everytime they roll around.

Only one other thing I'll say about the finale for now...
It felt a lot like a series finale rather than a season finale to me. I know Hasbro's accountants recorded a cash flow for season 4 but I wonder if they were writing this as if it was actually the last.

That episode was warm and fuzzy indeed. Rather liked it.
Also:
It felt a bit like that to me too, it felt as it sort of summed up everything as an ending, rather than give room for another season. Guess we will see soon enough.

Dear sweet Jesus this had too much music in it.
Twilight's moment in the star realm thingy was pretty cool, and I think it'll kill Tom. (Plus flying buddies with Dash.)
The dilemma was pretty swift in its existence, and seems like a bit of a lacking justification for Princess-hood. But yeah, ponies. Have fun.

One song was enough, plus the very first one wasn't that great. Certainly more of a musical than a regular episode. Then again, it did feel very different from any of the other episodes anyway. Especially once Celly's song in the ethereal dimension happened.
It had to be swift if they only had 22 minutes to work with. Not only that, but it was far from the biggest problem she or her friends have faced, and I agree that such a magical fix wasn't exactly the kind of thing that would lead to them being flung into the life of an Alicorn princess.
With that said, it was so-so. Not on par with much of season 3, but it may lead onto better things in season 4. And it did feel more like the end of the series, but the final line from Twi would suggest that all was not done.

I don't care. I didn't care after I watched the season premiere and said much the same thing and I certainly don't care now that what I said I didn't want to happen back then has actually happened.
And I'm not waiting until the end of the year to see how far the damage has gone, all the while pissing everyone off with my mere presence in this thread and getting in shouting matches like two weeks ago, because I don't like how the show has changed to become "The Twilight Show (With Friends)" and everyone else has no problem with it. It's better for everyone if I just leave.
