Well I just spent the past 3 hours moving peoples stuff out of their apartment, so I was sweaty enough to justify changing into it. I'm actually stopping by were I work to check this weeks schedule and pick up my check while wearing it. So I'm looking forward to seeing how people react.

And yes, that was really fast considering I only payed for the basic UPS shipping.
I love UPS as much as they appear to love logistics.

That's actually quite nice, I wanted one like that but they didn't ship overseas, looks really cool.

Apart from that, I've been reading The Romancing Quest to see what all the fuss was about, and I can say that is justified fuss, its brilliant, well not that brilliant but is reasonably good. (up to chapter 4, I read the first episode about 1 month ago and it really didnt took my attention, but it gets better, somehow).

I once got hired to clean out a warehouse for a printworks, with my bonus being that I got to keep anything I found that I wanted.

Which meant $1200 in scrap steel (which I split with my friend for help getting rid of it), a set of really expensive speakers, an Apple IIGS and a box full of unused parking ticket books.

I've had that happen to me before. Never been able to chase down why.

Also, has anyone else read Gods and Demons yet? I've just finished "The Rookie" myself, and for what it is, I didn't think it was too bad. I'll try and check out "One Way Ride" tomorrow because there are some other fanfics that I want to check out first, with The Romancing Quest being the first on my list.

And actually I just realized something, everything that goes to ED is generally good (generally, not all the times), there is plenty of fics, and I feel the need of raise my standards, because there are things that are generally good, and things that are great, try to read all the good ones takes a lot of time and it makes more sense(at least to me) to mention the really good ones, but nevermind that its just a personal opinion, and this makes some good stories go under the radar, maybe it is down to personal taste, I will never know.

You know, I'm going to look for those operas, with subtitles, as I don't speak latin.

It's actually Italian, but that makes its understanding easier, if you speak Spanish, however there are some nous, pronouns and verbs that differs, but overall you cant get a pretty good idea of the things that go into these operas, whatever you find in you tube is the just the main acts of each opera, I dont know if the whole operas are up, but I'm pretty sure someone should have already upload them.

If you want to get an idea of each opera topic, here is a quick recap:

La Donna È Mobile -> The old love story about a miserable guy trying to win the heart of his beloved one.
Nessun dorma -> Homage to the night, I guess.
Il barbiere di Siviglia -> Remember that depreciable mare on Boast Busters, well, change that mare for a Barber, the magic show for a shaving session with Celestia including some additional plot, and you get the idea.



And remember, Applejack and Rarity slept together (canon).
