My T500 arrived this afternoon..

First impressions are that is a seriously nice bit of kit, the feel of the damping in the wheel and the way the FFB is delivered is really amazing, pedals feel very smooth also. More later, after more laps

Perhaps they are amazed at how good the T500RS wheel is compared to the crappy GT2 wheel that they forgot about the time!

Well wonder what that's about. If mine is not stamped V2 then back it will go. I want new. Not old model new. Hehehe

Is there any other way of distinguishing whether the wheel is a V2 apart from the obvious 'V2' written on the box?

Please let us know if V.2 is noted on the actual wheel packaging or the wheel itself.

I may swing by FRY's after work to see if their new stock is V.2 👍

Just ran a load more laps in some of my fav ingame cars.. I really love the feel, It feels so smooth and precise. Really very impressed so far 👍

Also I just checked and my box also has the V2 on it..

Quick crappy iPhone pic in poor lighting I took after I got it setup.. excuse the unpainted parts on the side of the rig there.. that is where the G27 shifter used to live.

Huh...who would have thought. Purchased last night from Amazon.com. $10 overnight shipping and I just got the message it has left the warehouse with tracking number and will be delivered tomorrow! Now if it would just last more than a month I will be a happy man!

Goddam updates, haven't played GT since trying my mates G27 a couple of months back, so I'm now waiting for 1.6 & 1.7 to install. Took me ages to ghetto rig my playseat v1 with and old towel and some cord. Hooray patches done, about to play.

Dont know the differences between v1 and v2 but they also send me a v2 wheel^^ it is written on the wheel itself where you can find the serial and on the package of the wheel itself...

The GT2 is 11.75", the T500 is 11.75" and the G25 is 10.5" in diameter. I don't know if the G27 is 10.5" or 11" in diameter.

Both my replacement wheels where v1. I bought/sold a 3rd as a "pay it forward" - also a v1.

I now only have 1 T500.

The GT2 is also v1.

Hell I think my G25 is also a first batch wheel.

Well FINALLY!

OcUK have dispatched only 59 days after ordering.
Now I can look forward to building the cockpit again after 2 years of contineous upgrading of ideas.
Getting this wheel and the multi screens are the main elements.

Perhaps I make a fine example of a hobby, getting out of hand in a crazy but unique cockpit.
Whatever happened to the idea of a G25 and a Playseat being awesome, funny how things start ain't it.

Any time from a couple of hours until 5pm! Ugh they made me so mad delivering my Fanatec order at around 5!!!

Honestly it SHOULD have been here yesterday. Look at how long it took UPS to pick it up. Normally if I get a Prime order in by 3, it will get here next day. This is the first time I pretty much "peordered" from Amazon. I

was expecting emails the instant they changed the status to "in stock". I had to send them an email to kick 'em the rear end and find out what's going on.
