Can I ask why you thought a store would or should compensate you for gas for a 5-600 dollar purchase?

When their supply of TWO was about a month late and they wanted to unload the $600 (add over 10% Chicagoland sales tax) lump on the shelf with barely any market to sell it to. They just didn't sweeten the deal enough by knocking off another $30. I paid Amazon $4 to deliver it to my front door in 1 day.

Now that looks very sweet 👍

Aug 17th can't get here fast enough!!!! This would make my wheel absolutely perfect!!!!

Hyped x200

(oh ya, you gotta embed this proper yo)

That looks awesome! I need that as a screen saver.

Man that looks like it's going to last a lifetime! C'mon TM!!! Release it soon!!! :)

No, NO! Keep testing it! (They need to adjust the machine to test for us ham-fisted types who DON'T get it lined up properly every time) :D

I am desperate in updating the wheel windows make an error and now the steering wheel shows no signs of life.
What can I do, I'm crying with rage
HELP ME and sorry for my english

I have just emailed customer support.. When the fan started up tonight, it was really loud and sounded bad.. It sounded like it is hitting something inside. :scared: It's a V2 and I have had it since Feb.. Has been flawless until tonight. :grumpy:

My V2 does that sometimes. It's loud for the first 30 seconds then goes quiet again. It does sound like the blades are rubbing something. Mine hasn't gotten any worse though , it is 2 months old.

Yeah my v3 does the same thing. Honestly, its probably just the fan going on max speed when first sensing high temperatures. Once the unit cools down, then the fan slows down and gets quieter naturally

My T500rs was Awesome, now it's dead. Thrustmaster Won't fix it. They are trying to make me pay some Duty Fees(that have already been paid)and are not payable. If you are thinking about spending $600.00 on a T500rs please know it will break and Thrustmaster will blame you. My V2 T500rs never centered and switched between Force Feed Back modes. I tried the update then complete failure "DEAD". If you buy it. It will break.

Well I was just about to place an order for Thrustmaster but these stories are scaring me off. I am thinking it might be safer to order G27 instead which is more reliable?

Hmmm.. Thrustmaster tech support have been in touch and want to send me a new fan and plastic cover, and for me to replace the parts on the £400 wheel I bought only 5 months ago.. I don't think so!! :grumpy:

I wouldn't even bother contacting TM, just send it back to the supplier, thats what I do with my faulty kit, never had any trouble getting refunds or replacements.

Please help me understand this.

So if you buy it from Amazon, and a problem arises 4 months later, you just send it back to Amazon?

But amazon only has 30 day return/exchange policy.

I do plan to give them a call tomorrow to see.. Won't know if I dont ask, but my guess is they won't want to help after 5 months.
