Ugh... I'm getting sick of the variety of cars to chose from combined with all the possibilities given to make your car even slower by funking up the setup. *sigh*Kolyana
Oh... and DTM cars sadly are N/A... and sound like crap in real life (let the '05 Mercer aside), but fun to watch nevertheless and even more fun to drive in GT, especially compared to the Skylines, hehe.

I haven't played around with the settings tooooooooo much, but when I took off the VCD and the LSD I got a LOT of oversteer like I'm used to in a Skyline from the older games, and I picked up the pace a bit. With some playing of it, I think I can make it more neutral and have a decent setup.
I have a 91 N1 and a 99 N1 that I'll be trying out, haven't played with the early one without those things installed yet, but when I originally switched from one to the other, I picked up a LOT on my second lap with it after T1. We'll see how it goes.
And everyone, don't forget about torque... While the older cars weigh less, they have less torque. Yes, tons of little differences, and the tuning options indeed. Setup is going to have a HUGE impact on how you do...

I'm popping in for a quick hello. Congrats to all who even finished on this very hard course. I'm a little disappointed to have finished so far down for the amount of hours I put into this. The only victory I can take away is I got the best time for my block!
Work has me more than a little swamped, so I'm hoping I have enough time to at least put in a clean lap so y'all don't forget me, but I doubt I'll be very competitive this week (not that I was when I actually did put in lots of time!

Well, since I missed the first 4 weeks, it may not help that much.

But the thing is that last week I had 1053 pts (my signature), and now only 1072.... Maybe I'm wrong, but did you count well, coz I thought I had a larger margin (between me and Kolyana)
With Week 7, please also remember that the best 6 start.... so you drop your lowest score this week for actual potion score. (Like Cryill will be also doing with the Ofical WRS leaderboard. Notice that the Total Points are for all 7 weeks, which you must view the PDF to see that infomation on the Drivers Page)
Which for Koly, the first week was her worst, but her 2 podiums help her put that 1 point leaad on ya.
That is a note to bring up, as Koly pointed out, the PDF shows all the information behind the Leaderboard we post each week. So view it to see pages like the Drivers Page, which does show the total points accumulated over the WHOLE WRS time frame along with the Div 3 and WRS best 6 of 8 points, that the rankings are based off for our's and Cyrill's offical WRS Leaderboards.

Ok, my bad thought ya did. Thought the PDF was just a PDF of the whole excel sheet. But yes on the Drivers page you will see the Div 3, Last Div 3, Last Rank, and Total.
Yes, I would take page 9 and 10 out (the ones that show the Master Data) and put drivers page, just columns C thru G or we can add that back to the Leaderboard as we took it out to help save space as I thought we were doing the drivers page also in the PDF. Will take to E-Mails for further details if need.

Okay guys and gal, the board has been updated. Although this is my last week in D3, I'm going to continue to keep the board and .pdfs uptodate; mainly because Teledriel has made it utterly painless (the whole thing is virtually automated, so lots of kudos and thanks to him!)
A few people didn't race this week, so there was a big shakeup across the board. Watch for the battle between circa86 and SRD for top honors next week (only 4 points between them!), but keep half an eye on bleurabbit, rotbarsch1979, somebody, RedWolfRacer, amp88 and Exelro ... all on the charge and all gaining 3 or more places this week!
