Mini is only in Japanese / Chinese 1st releases so you won't find it.
If you're a PAL user, download Famine's complete used car cycle.
It's stickied at the top of the main GT4 board.
It'll answer every question you have about where to find any car in a particular colour, and when it will appear.

You mean the HPA Stage II R32 Golf?
Try HPA in Tuner Village.
500+ HP for under 40,000Cr!

From that sheet..... Nissan Silvia 240RS (S100) '83 appears only twice, making it joint 2nd rarest car in the game.

Appears in week 71 on days 491 - 497
and week 94 on days 652 - 658

thanks, to me stickys don't really stand out i just usually pay attention to wha people are saying, and the time at 2 in the morniging when i did check i may have fallen asleep between a the PAL list and the NTSC list as looking for it 👎
