Question - will come in a form already known ?
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.It's already known.What are the chances that Prologue will be announced as the lesser of the GT5 games,where you will be able to download the content you want ? While at the same time the full blown version of the game is released ?

Why do you keep referring to top or professional riddle translators?
And if Amar's riddles are just saying these things are still possible features, that's a lot better than not knowing anything at all.
If someone tells us GT5 is shooting for 20 cars per race in 2007, and then we don't hear anything, hopes may be shot. Amar releasing information that that is still the plan over a year later, then people's hopes are raised again with the knowledge that PD is still working on that feature.
Amar's information may not be concrete evidence, but it's enough to give us the inside information that PD is still hard at work at features we want. And with no reason to doubt Amar, I for one, believe what he's saying has a high chance of being true.

I only just realised that GT4 had over 700 cars, and we're talking only 600+ for GT5? It gets worse when you consider that the Skyline ratio WILL increase because new models have come out since. This means even less of other cars. Makes me wonder if any notable ones from GT4 will be missing in GT5. I hope the SVX makes a return in place of say a Liberty or something.......

Yeah, only 600+ cars in HD with detailed interiors. Damn that sucks!
Still means some cars won't be in GT5 that were in GT4. Hopefully just needless variations of the same model (eg. The 3 Zondas in GT4. Be honest, we all wanted the most powerful Zonda because it's a Zonda
), but we don't know yet. 600+ cars is good, especially with how awesome the game will be. I just can't help but worry I'll be kicking myself when a car is missing from GT5 that was in GT4.

Don't forget, prior to GT4's release official press releases and KY himself stated the car count as 500+, we then got over 700 cars, we may get 700 again considering amar hinted to 600+ already, then again maybe not.
We all had many bruises since GT2, infact many cars still havent resurfaced.

Picking on 3 cars are we? What about the 7 million Skylines, 550,000 RX7s and even the 23,000 MX5s? Those were pathetic excuses for multiple cars, whereas the Zondas were all different.

You misinterpret it darn it! I'm not worried about the car count itself, over 600 cars is still a lot of cars.👍 I just hope PD haven't cut a model I'd really like in GT5. Say the Chevelle SS 454 is missing, I'd be spewing. So long as they made the right choices in which stay and which go.
Edit: @ Nibbers, the Zondas were just an example, but with the Skyline at least, 2 million were pre-R32, 1.5 million were R32s, 1.5 million were R33s and the other 2 million were R34s. At least they are slightly different models. Just one of each would have been nice though.

Whatever - I don't agree that they are all slightly different - but one or two from each "R" number would have been good. The Zondas were much more different from each other (IMO). I s'pose it's every man to his own in this case.

And all those whinners again about why the message is crypted, i thank you sincerly Amar for all those info, i know you have probably also info about damage or not, and weather effects, and reverse lights working. But you better leave this to be announced @ the E3 by Sony or KY himself; And i'm sure Amar did'nt mention all this for not spoiling the E3 presentation.
I'm almost sure we'll have weather effects, working reverse lights, probably Porsche and Lambo too, the only thing i'm worry about is damage as i think it would take too much data too add this for +600 cars(if it's only racecars it will be probably for 100 a 150 cars, and this could be possible!!) and i will be very happy with tyremarks.
I want too write my name on the Eau Rouge in Spa with the 911 gt2 and take a picture of it(don't steal my idea, i will patent it!!!!) com'on E3, hope we'll have lots of great news, and in a couple of years we'll all say: X-BOX who???

Is it me alone or I am sure everyone in this forum would like another criptic message this time about weather, damage, if the time will change in a 24hr race and any other cool stuff. Come on AMAR give us one message every week until E3 just to keep us thinking about GT5.
