Still no sign of weather, night racing or customisation (such as vynils)... I really hope more comes out at E3 but I doubt it.

Also it would be a nice gesture if they released an update for GT5P, anything would do!

Robin.

There were some "dusk" shots. Notably Nurburgring.

Since GTmobile is coming out first, it seems Sony didnt want to overshadow it by revealing too much at e3 hence why KY can not answer questions about gt5 right now.

Im still hoping we'll get a nov/dec release and a full GT5 preview at the next conference

Well, you might actually not want any updates to Prologue. If they do give us a Prologue update, that would be a signal to me that Kaz still has something substantial baking for GT5. And that would be good and bad, because it would mean a delay, but also, something very cool we wouldn't otherwise have. Coming between March and December 2010. :P

We'll see though. I'll be content with whatever he gives us, and when. I have plenty to keep me occupied till GT5 finally shows.

So, without reading through all of the 55 previous pages. Why exactly is amar not allowed to talk about the game. He an insider?

He works for a magazine and they sign contracts to make it clear they won't release information about games untill a pre-arranged date.

some of the text in the first post have suddenly turn blue :)
is there someone outhere who can give an updated analysis of that, stil a bit to cryptic for me

Okay, here's my interpretation.

First wind whispers that final reunion will happen thirty nights before twelve months pass and that all winds from the whole world will reunite in the same moment for the first time.

This suggests one of two things. A GT5 release 11 months after the post i.e March 2010, or more likely. December 1st 2009. This year :)

Second wind says there will be more than half of dozen hundreds birds flying in the beginning of the reunion on almost eight dozen of skypaths, and some of the birds will come from the past reunion just resembling the looks of the newborn birds.

600+ cars, around 96 tracks

Third tale says that for the first time ever skypaths will not be just solid and already known but that new skypaths will be built by birdtamers from the parts of existing skypaths.

Some form of track editor.

Fourth wind is talking that birdtamers will reunite in numbers greater than ever and will be granted with ability to talk to each other, make guilds and alliances with undisputed freedom.

The ability to make and join online race teams with friends with lots of online options, private rooms included by the sound of it.

Fifth wind says that reunion will happen in two forms, one greater than other and birdtamers will have freedom to decide which reunion they will attend. Greater reunion will ask for great sacrifice to be made in order to get all present and future treasures without new sacrifices needed, while smaller reunion will come in form already known, asking for more sacrifices if future treasures catches the eyes of the birdtamers.

This sounds like to versions of the game. A cheap version with all the basics but you have to pay to download more new content if you want it. Or you can go for a full version which is more expensive, but you don't have to pay for future downloads.

Sixth wind is telling the tale about different reunion but almost the same as known one, smaller only for the eyes of those who do not want to see it in its whole glory. That different reunion will not happen in the realm same as the known one, but in the different realm which still has not been uncovered to the birdtamers. That realm will resemble realm already known but it will be divine new and made in the image of it.

Gran Turismo for the new PSP Go will become Gran Turismo Mobile

Already explained.

Hope this helps. 👍

This might be redundant to most of you, but I believe my blue section deals with GT Mobile:

some of the birds will come from the past reunion (Gran Turismo 4 level) just resembling the looks of the newborn (new, i.e. GT5/Prologue) birds.

I'm curious about a few remarks Kazunori said concerning linking GT5 with the PSP, such as possibly allowing you to transfer cars from your GT Mobile garage to your GT5 garage, and likewise cars you collected in Prologue. He said something along the lines of "I like the idea of ownership, that these are your cars. So rather than starting over again, you would be able to transfer cars from say, Prologue or GT Mobile to your GT5 garage. It is something I'm considering." And I'm sure for the hard core purists, it would be optional. And not the crappier car models, just the information that you have that particular car. ;)

All those birds, skypaths and birdtamers from all realms will unite for the Feast. And as it is already known, it will be the Feast of the Gods.
I know that E3 still has a day to go, and anything can happen, but I'm hoping that TGS is the day we can sharpen our knives and put on our... drool hankies.

I'm counting on some solid information of what GT5 will be for us, just some, enough to whet my appetite, including a release date.

The Winds have ended their chorus with a beautiful solo in front of the crowd of millions.

Has anyone explored the possiblity of this meaning that we can modify the tracks we choose to drive. For example, the F1 or GT track at Fuji, but on a much larger scale.

Hopefully this is hinting at a sort of GT Home, based at tracks, where players can wander around the pits, paddock and grandstands whilst online. I really hope so anyway! :dopey:

It could be a track editor that lets you build tracks from pieces of existing ones. That's personally what I'm hoping for, assuming Spa & Monza are on the track list so I can build my dream track.

If so I would try to make the mother of long tracks. Would be lovely to have the full Isle of man track (Think its 28 mles long)

Yes, reading amar's thread seemed to suggest that too. It makes sense, I just hope its flexible enough.

@amar212
Thanks. I see you keep in touch with "the man"

@NLxAROSA
Great work. First one "on the money" if you ask me! Though the thing about the other realm is PSP (now we know...)

👍

GT is the largest selling title/series in all PS platform. They will launch it for xmas IMO. And most probably in a pack with new hardware (PS3 silm or bigger drive or DS3 included or...)

I cant see us getting the chance to create fantasy tracks from real circuits, think its maybe the option to join parts of classic GT tracks, past and current, together.

But who knows, didnt see WRC or NASCAR coming!!
