This Game Looks Awesome! When's it coming out?

I just saw the trailer for this game, it looks amazing.
-1200 cars
-40 tracks
-dynamic weather and time of day
-fully offline playable
-in depth tuning and upgrading

Can't wait for this game! Because right now I'm stuck with Gran Turismo Sport which appears to be a Prologue to GT6
