Does anyone have one of the NSX LM prototypes they can either put on share or send me? I really want a go at this TT :)

I can send you one :) I have plenty in various mileage. Which account should I send FR or you can send me now as I'm online.

The best I can do so far is a 2:41.5 with the Ferrari 458, and that's with a DS3.

I can't find the NSX prototype LM cars anywhere. Can somebody share it with me?

Man FLU!! I tried my best but atm 2:35.5 is all atm, cant put a full lap in, my nose keeps running an sneezing constantly.. Best try this when i feel alot better :(

Edit i mean 2:33.5

I would, but no friend request is showing up at my end? Try sending again?

Sent again :( must had a typo on the prior FR. I was waiting listening to jazz music :) gtp_banditkarter, yes ?

This TT should have been only for Euro RWD cars, would be a lot more interesting

like the track , but the NSX tuning is very complex... may be the limit lap time is 2:32:6...will try again tomorrow

Still not received an FR! Make sure you use capitals, it's GTP_BanditKarter :)

Well, yes, brain fart, how could I have missed that :( sent another.

Only have 2:39 with the car I am about to send, basic tune, stable in mid corner and good rotation at entry, but corner exit needs work, still slippery as I used lower rear downforce than 45. I hope you can get great time with the car :)

Is your avatar a blue sleepy smiley ? I checked my sent message just to make sure it was sent to the correct address )

I sent you 2 FRs already, I can try again. This is an annoying time for the sever to have an error haha!

Thank you! Very much appreciated! Now let's see what I can do with it!

I am currently driving the Honda NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car tuned with the settings listed earlier by @doodlemonoply. The issue I am having that is preventing me from getting perfect runs is the oversteer from the middle of a corner through corner exit. Coming into a corner is not an issue at all as it is very smooth with proper braking, but leaving most styles of corners and throughout the middle of longer ones still has a problem with the backend wanting to swing out.

Any other tips out there?

You could try raising rear ride height? Other than that, try using a little bit less throttle?

EDIT: Manged a 2:35.807 with your setup, now I'm gonna see if I can improve it :)

This is what I am using for the NSX LM Road Car for a messy 2:35.525. Spa is one of my favorite and best tracks.

12.5/14.5
8/8
7/7
3/2
1.6/1.2
-0.10/0.08

8/14/20

Downforce: 35/55

Brake Balance: 6/5

Power Limiter: 89%

Running 145 kg ballast at position zero

I tried this setup, less edgy, heavier and more downforce + more stable. My old setup that was on the car I sent can go up to 260+ km/h at the long straight, but this one can only go just over 250 kmh, but a lot easier to drive.

Install chassis reinforcement :D This helps me a lot with stability.

Full aero : 35/60 or a bit less rear at 55

Full ballast 200kg, position to get 40/60 or 41/61 weight distribution

Use power limiter as needed to get into 550PP

LSD 5 / 42 / 18, or maybe with wheel can go 5 / 60 / 18

Suspension :

Height 5 0
Spring 12 14
Ext 6 7
Comp 4 5
ARB 5 5
Camber 3 1.5
Toe -0.08 0.24

Transmission :

Set default
Set top speed to minimum
Set each gear :

1st 4.917
2nd 3.700
3rd 3.000
4th 2.450
5th 2.050
6th 1.760
Final : 2.950

Top speed at the graph : 274 kmh.

I run this with no ABS and 9/8 BB, but should work well with ABS 1 - adjust BB accordingly.

Anyone tried the Suzuki GSX-R4, i see at #40 theres one...hmm( you should give it a fair try doodlemonoply!), ill give it a go, then im moving on to NSX Road Car, trying to use both doodles tune and Ridox tune.

Sorry to post in this particular thread, but my question is aimed at all Time Trials.

In the Suzuka Time Trial, there were 52,638 results, out of those results, 400 were using 200 degree steering wheels, and 9813 were using 900 degree steering wheels, (the balance were PS3 pad/sticks etc)

Stewyripper and I were in the top 4 out of the 200 degree club, (well done mate) but as far as I'm concerned, I'm not gloating with my time, because I was some way behind Stewy and a lot of you other regulars, but I'm questioning why there are so many people using the 900 degree steering wheels, are they now the norm, or do the more serious gamers prefer them ? do they help with better lap times in the right hands ?

Thanks

After about an hour just getting my feet wet in this one with a base tune, came up with this. 2'37.826. Not very impressed with myself but it is what it is. Pretty easy time for you to beat Dalone, even without "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang":lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Damn smiley button keeps sticking, I hate it when than happens. :sly:

Well, did 5 laps with my GSX-R/4 Concept ´1 and got 2.38.892, (DS3) really messy lap though, there is "something" in that car...
Used doodles 1st tune and gears, gears were way too long so a shortened...and TC at 5 :D
