Here's a setup that an Australian driver Jester made, I used it myself to execute a 6'46.5 lap.

Only difference in the images I've uploaded is I altered the LSD to 5/30/25.

Edit: Added an image of the engine tuning parts installed. Enjoy the tune!
I both love and hate this tune. Hate it because all the charm and personality of the car is gone. Love it because I'm getting my fastest times with it. Can't believe how stable the car is with it. Seems like I improve my times with every lap.

I honestly don't believe there's more left... That's possibly the best I can get from the car and the DualSense.

That's pretty damn amazing. On some sectors I'm actually matching and/or beating you, but I'm waaaay off on a few others.

What's the sensivity you are using on the DualSense? Setup of the car? And is it possible to provide a lap? I see many great laps on YT but a lot of them are with fanatec wheels. Yours would definitely be a good reference.

To everyone here: How much time do you think I have lost with this mistake?

Just from being on the grass alone for that long, about 1 second or so, however, that was on the mid-turn to the exit, which means you also didn't carry as much speed to the straight, that could be a ~2 second time loss in the end.

Hi.

Why sometimes the mileage made in the TT doesn't add up?

I did a few laps today, like 150 km os something but the car has only counted one lap (20 something)... Weird...

Yeah I thought 2 seconds aswell. Sucks. Especially considering the lap ended up being a 6:53.969 WITH that mistake☹️

I think I have the sensitivity set to 4 - pretty much in the middle of the slider. The setup is the exact same @Metalgear9493 shared, with slightly longer gear ratios and a front toe-out of 0.02

I may upload my best lap replay from the bonnet camera tomorrow :)

What are your downforce and gearbox settings? That is amazing top speed. Mine is around 278.... thanks!
Mine too - I am using one of the tunes from this thread (Mistah-MCA) but can't get the gearing the same - I always struggle to get gears to match what tuners post. Apparently there's some particular order it has to be done..... 🤷‍♂️

EDIT - and that will be my excuse for failing to get bronze! 🤣

Seeing the discussion earlier about the difference in feel, between PS4, and 5, made me want to see for myself. One benefit of this game being online only, is you can switch consoles, and maintain every aspect of the game from one console to the other, no matter which way you go. So I went back to my PS4, and grabbed the same NSX I've been using on the 5, and hit this TT. First lap was 15 seconds faster than my best on PS5. I ran 2 more laps to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and they were within 5 seconds of each other.

I think it was more a difference in controller than anything. The car is still tough to drive, but I was able to maintain, and even save it better on PS4.

Should also note that I'm not running the HP at the max allowed, so I'm handicapped in that respect, but just driving the car is challenge enough. Needless to say, I haven't even got bronze yet, but the difference between the two consoles is there nonetheless.

Would be interested in seeing somebody else that has the ability to run this TT on both consoles, and hear their take on it.

By the way, my "Super Livery" for this event.

I didn't use any tuning.
I didn't adjust any parts I installed, except for downforce - 80/170.
And I prefer to run with the Sport Suspension - also without any adjustments.
DS4, Automatic Transmission. ;)
2.200 kilometers traveled.

@MMX
Thanks for testing and sharing it.

Yes, it is not much but i have the same feel, it is a bit easyer to catch and overall it feels a bit more stable and a bit more turny. (karussell second gear instead of first gear) Good to see im not alone. I doupt slowly on my self for that claim.

But by scrolling through the leader board im more and more convinced im right, there are a lot they have both version with the ps4 version on top in the trophy list (why would they play that version if not faster) I also looked into the superlicense leaderbord and in my beloved s7 the first 6 are on ps4 (not sure if all on controller) and this is going on through all leaderboards.

Hopefully PD is looking into it and even all out or bring back the steering angel and a better 1:1 translation from stick to tire movements like on steering wheel 🙏

I am posting settings I am using but they are from skilled people that posted here, they are not "mine" mine. Settings are a mix up of several people settings, since I personally felt mixing them fit me, my (lack of) skills and driving with Dualsense motion sensor steering. Base settings I used are mainly from @Metalgear9493 and @sdi_03 but then tweaked, so kudos to two of you, thank you very much for sharing your settings.

I reach 288 km/h now with this setup (also help I got here on forum to increase sixth gear, thank you @250Cal ) but i see there is still 2 more horse powers to be squeezed out of the car with this setup, so if anyone have suggestions how to get those 2 horse powers, please let me know.

Just play around with the power restrictor and ECU settings until you get 345. It's better to lower the power restrictor, it gives you more torque at the end. So basically in your case, maybe try 98/93 instead of 93/98 and see what you get, go 1-2 up and down until you reach 345.

Well, apparently 7:05 is the best I can do.
I did like the challenge, but I am not the kind of guy to try 200 laps just to get that last second off if I don't think I can get silver.

If you install all upgrades except for exhaust manifold and then set power restrictor to 84 you get 345 with high torque. You can possibly get more torque with some of the special parts, but haven't tested it.

Thanks guys, all of You, I appreciate your help. I have reached silver now and very happy with it. I don't know if I can improve so much more and reach sub 7 min, we shall see. Maybe it's time now to finally get the gold on circuit experience too, never had enough time to actually practice enough, but now I kinda learned the track 😁

P.s. I have changed setup accordingly @skidmark69 advice and got slightly tiny more power out of the car

So you say you are 15 seconds faster on a DS4 ?, I can imagine that it can be different, but 15 seconds??

Hell no I'm buying a PS5 🤣🤣🤣

Down only by a bit but opt 51.749
Every time it runs good the poo pencil kicks in and i mess it up 😭

I got the best value by installing fully ecu 100, power restrictor 83, sport filter, sportsilencer no manifold.
All engine parts plus stroke up S from the wheel of foolnes…

Not as fast as some of you but I'm just happy I got silver! Finally got down to 7:02.5 using Kie's tune.

I'll probably go back and try MCA's and other's tunes because the real issue is more my ability to drive correctly than the tune, so I'm curious to see what I can do now that I've got a bunch of laps under my belt.

Would love to get under 7:00 but not sure if I have the competency :)

This deserves more recognition. I can't get anywhere near that time with that setup. I'm 2 seconds off the pace by the time I get to Aremberg because I'm having to brake for the fast corners. Huge respect.

The issue that I have with the current time trial isn't necessarily that tuning is permitted, but rather, the fact that there's an engine you can swap into the car that's permitted. Which I don't have yet, so I don't feel like I'd truly be able to to my best.

Engine swap dosnt work for this tt because of N/A required. Swaped engine is turbo and not removable. So no worrys, youre not missing something.

Don’t think you can use the engine swap as it’s a turbo.
