I've managed a 40.8 in the 911, but haven't tried any others yet, apart from the BRZ is there anything else worth trying?
First session of this new TT, went for the RSR, seems a different BoP setup of the car the last time i drove it on the GP layout?
I have a love/hate relationship with this car, the power and grip are to die for, but it just tries to kill me the whole lap
so i'm not just there yet, first sector is ok, but strugggle with 7/8/9,13 and 15
To often i have to lift mid corner to not mow the lawn on the exit
The RSR oversteers, understeers, and eats asfalt. but.....you gotta love it...
Lots of room to improve and i'm going to aim for a 40's this time, who knowssss
I was wondering btw, i saved my fastest lap but did not share it, is there a way to replay your fastest lap again?, i can select the ghost so it's there, but i have no clue how to share it if you have left the TT screen?,

I use the Sun settingWhat do you guys use as a reference point to start accelerating out of T3. I can never find anything to reliably use as a visual cue.
The old time trials are still on the website, just not on the event frontpage. You can replace the event id in the URL and get the older ones.@half_sourly hope you are still enjoying you vacation and are just reading this message when you are back. Man I love your work and wonder if it would be interesting for people to get two more columns. Car Type + Tires ?
I would like to have it at least so if anyone can help me with Tires for first 5 races I would appreciate that. They are not on gt web page any more. And if anyone knows Car type help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance.

I've been keeping track of the combos (even the 2 before they added payouts)@half_sourly hope you are still enjoying you vacation and are just reading this message when you are back. Man I love your work and wonder if it would be interesting for people to get two more columns. Car Type + Tires ?

Ps. you can also use this technique to see next week's daily race tracks and tyres and parameters (but not cars)
I think that is daily race a next week, not the next time trialOoooh, nice to know that! Monza on RH looks like the next one.
How do you find the next time trial then? I used the time trial page for this round, then added 1 to the page number (next sequential number) thinking that would be the next time trial??I think that is daily race a next week, not the next time trial
They might not have added it to their website yet. But yeah you can see the three following event ids from this time trial have race information, so I assume that is next week's daily races. (Predict lots of complaints if that is true lol, Maggiore for race c again)How do you find the next time trial then? That'd be cool. And national filters as well would be great.Really wish PD would let us filter the leaderboards by car. Would make trying new cars a bit more interesting even if there's no reward for it.
Don't like the power understeer of the Porsche, but the brz was nice. Got a safe gold time, so not sure I'll bother testing any other cars.
Yeah RSR it's almost always the META car to start with and if you master it you will be very quick,NICE! Yeah love/hate for me too, I know what you mean about it.. it really turns in nicely off throttle and I think that’s why it is so quick some places, but it means being really disciplined in staying off the throttle and getting on the power late in tighter turns. I find even 25% throttle and the nose pushes wide so grass mowing and gravel surfing becomes a popular pastime in this car!
The gearing can harm too as get into second or third early and you are way behind the power curve. That’s why I like cars like the F-type so much because you can be a bit lazy with the gears and change up to 3rd early to kill oversteer without losing any time 🤪
AWESOME! Keen to see how you do in the Jag. If you can beat your RSR time with this I'll happily persevere with it! I'm currently on 1:43.3XX, but only put in 10 laps, so there's plenty improvement to be made.Yeah RSR it's almost always the META car to start with and if you master it you will be very quick,
I never realy drove the Jag, but i'm going to try a nice big session with it during the weekend if i can find some time,
I even made a livery for it during my lunch , i call her.... Mushy if this aint going to get me in the 40's

EDIT: Mine currently has this livery, but I might make a TT-specific one...

Nice! Honestly I think the Jaaaag will kill you on this track but maybe your neat paint scheme will appease its blood thirst!Yeah RSR it's almost always the META car to start with and if you master it you will be very quick,

Oeff...., another gradient, me like!, ( not a real Jack Daniels fan tho, more of a Dalmore 12 )Hahaha I love this!

As I’ve been playing Race C also this week I’ve gone for a less cultured colour scheme, it’s not very Jaaaaag but I imagine it matches the beverage of choice after a hard day on track in the good US of A

But that looks great!, and very angry
But the Jaaaag can't be worse than the RSR right?, i'm going to kill the Jaaag, i'll find half a second in reverse.
There’s a light pole on the wall on the far side of the track. If your line is right you can open the throttle a bit before it’s middle of your screen. What do you guys use as a reference point to start accelerating out of T3. I can never find anything to reliably use as a visual cue.
Yeah, mine are 5 & 3 right now. My daughter (5) has shown more interest in gaming, but she likes when I play open world games. Especially scary and violent ones lol! Her favorites have been A Pleagues Tale ("The rat game") and Days Gone ("Kill the baby zombies!") + Spongebob Squarepants. My kids are 11 and 7 and it's MILES easier than when they were under 5. No comparison. We play together, watch top gear, take the porsche convertible out for a thrash, we go go-karting, we watch Kong Vs Godzilla etc. Babies and toddlers are just a PITA.
, I know, you are more of a wine guyMe either but I like to pretend the American version of me will chug five or six JD and Cokes before breakfast on race day!
We like angry because I like to think that it intimidates other drivers, definitely definitely does that! Yeah if you are comfortable with oversteer and happy to short shift into 3rd quickly when the back end steps out it's a more satisfying drive. It doesn't sound as good as the 911 though
My Wife used to go to bed early and I would game. But since kids, she goes to bed so damn late (and then bitches about being tired lol) and of course so do I - prob 11-11:30 PM. But my old dog 15.5-years old I put up on my bed at night because he's too old to jump down and with the new house, I don't want piss all over my new carpets lol - he'll start whining around 4:45-5:30 AM and most mornings I'll just pop an adderall, start up the coffee and game until 6:45-7 before waking the kids, making waffles and start getting them ready for school. Hopefully averaging 5.5-6-hours per night aint killing me lolGlad to hear i'm not the only one, 8 AM it's oof to work, my alatm clock went at 6 AM to try to get in the 50's
Altho, my eyes starting to get real tired at the end of the day after watching the screen all day lol
But indeed parenting, wife, weekends are mostly occupied, but if i'm awake at 7 or something on a sunday, i'm off downstairs to race lol, i use to turn around and sleep on ... they call it...
Addicted ( says my wife ofcours )
I'm not so sure, while it is gold currently, it is only so by 2 tenths. I wouldn't be surprised if the gold time went to high 1:41's1,42,050 and I think I have guaranteed gold
also if it is necessary to make a correction of 100 or 200 mm, no problem, but I think the best times are already thereI'm not so sure, while it is gold currently, it is only so by 2 tenths. I wouldn't be surprised if the gold time went to high 1:41's
I don't think that is enough at the end, i would push a bit if i where you1,42,050 and I think I have guaranteed gold
That's what this thread is missing, predictions of what the best (Or necessary Gold) time will be. I think a 1:42.000 will be right at the cutoff. Gives the fast time a 1:39.0.also if it is necessary to make a correction of 100 or 200 mm, no problem, but I think the best times are already there

in the last TT I also changed my best time 6 times, this is my first time in Porsche, and there are still 40 more Gr3 cars accessibleThat's what this thread is missing, predictions of what the best (Or necessary Gold) time will be. That said, after last weeks freak, my trust is out the window so I don't even trust my 1:41.9 ish as safe. Haha
