It is a moving target with the TT still open, but will have been around 1,850 drivers.Just out of curiosity, how many people lost gold now when Doodle set new WR?

hey hey ask 👽doodle, not me, I am more than a second behindThis makes my blood pressure raise a bit.
What do you think will be the final #1 time?
I never had the illution that i was going to be faster than you Dan ,and i'm very pleased with my .715, but that doesnt mean i'm not going to try anymore, now i have to put the efford in again@Gomario JSP… I’m sorry. Only Deutsche Kowalski to topple now 😜. Not the perfect lap, I’d like to think I could do under a 1:26.5 before the end of the TT. I’ve found a few corners I can do quicker than the WR but it’s always the second half of the lap I fall down on (like always)
Will upload my lap if anyone’s interested later, I have a little trick in the hairpin that if done properly I think can save time on WR but this van is a bit of hit and miss IMO. Almost the same action on two different laps can gain or lose you like half a second 🤣
I think within 1% and 1 second of WR is guaranteed so top 100 again is my goal! Come at me biatches let’s get some competitive action in here 💀💀

Haven't seen the new WR replay yet but I have a feeling it's not going to drop much anymore, unless a completely different line is discovered. It's a simple layout and there's a limit what this van can do. That limit seems to be fairly easy to achieve and that's why (according to @half_sourly's stats) this is one of the easiest TTs to get awarded. This makes my blood pressure raise a bit.

Never heard of that thing. (Austria)Just wondering if anyone here has an Alphard and if so, how does this digital version compare?
They're dead popular where I live,

Then again, I could be completely wrong.
[Braggart mode on]
This is my method. Actually... no.... not exactly the same... I am more entropic than deliberateYou can try all sorts of strange things when you are going this slowly without it really hurting you.. I'm downshifting at odd times, dabbing the brakes into corners, bouncing it off curbs, chucking it in at top speed, deliberately provoking understeer, getting it over the grass everywhere.. Often with disastrous results
Yes, with this combo who knows if some strange move would lead to a new world record. Worth experimenting.Agreed, it's quite a simple thing to understand however.. because it is so slow and it's limits are so low, I find myself experimenting for the first time properly in a TT rather than just trying to replicate what I see others do.. T2 is where I notice some insane speed, control and traction by the new leader.Yeah, i'm going to take a good look at that @Doodle lap when i get home sub 26 is insane!, maby we can learn something
guess...again.......
Most people who haven't driven cars at the limit rarely believe it, but this TT is another example that it can be more fun to drive a slow car to it's limits then a fast car to yours. Cheaper too.Agreed, it's quite a simple thing to understand however.. because it is so slow and it's limits are so low, I find myself experimenting for the first time properly in a TT rather than just trying to replicate what I see others do.. My optimal is around a 1:25.92x, with most of my time loss being in sector 2, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a 25.8. I can't personally visualize a lap that's anything below that at the moment. This makes my blood pressure raise a bit.

That's cool, I have something in common with the quickest in the world. Because according to this, sector 2 is where I lose all my time as well. Makes sense seeing as it's over half of the lap. Added your lap to the table above. Seems you're losing time fairly evenly throughout the lap to the top guys (In the sheet anyway, I don't have the record sectors yet). Though maybe more in the last turn on that lap anyway. Having been through it, I'm guessing the time difference was far greater and then just kept creeping down towards the line. Lol. Horrible feeling watching that. Here's my lap, I can see loads of time to be made there so maybe a 1:26.4 is possible. The only thing I haven't done with this van is flip it, which I would imagine would happen a lot in real life if you drive this thing like I do.
Still never heard and never seen. :-D
I can relate. When I talk about GT7 my wife nods and smiles, but also seems to have to hold herself back from patting me on the head.it was in the same tone as when my 3-year old shows her a drawing
There ya go!, ladies and gentleman, he's in!, you may rest for nowWhat up 26-Gang!!! All thanks to this awesome thread and community 😘! I was telling my wife yesterday about how we all compete and how we’re from all over Europe and America and you know what? She couldn’t have cared less 😂😂!! Feeling like I wanted her to laugh, I showed her the Trump-Wagon and she said WOW! But it was in the same tone as when my 3-year old shows her a drawing 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I think I’m taking a break from this TT for at least a few days, but now that I’m inside the top 1,000, I know I’ll probably be right back on lol.
