Ouch!! This hurts to see!!! Those 3-super-duper-aliens at the top (and they get the super-duper moniker due to that 3/10th gap to #4) are the reason I don't have GOLD! 1:16.578 * 1.03 = 1:18.875 ughhhhhh

Put in 250-miles today and only got within 0.097 of my PB but no improvement. I'm oh-so-close too being 0.055-seconds off the mark at the moment. Compared my sector times to Kei and MistahMC and S1 is where I need to find that time (re-watched the guides to see if I'm missing something and going to try to get further left on T1.

Actually! Give me your pointers on where I am messing up and let's see if I get an epiphany so I can secure this gold!

Compared to Kei and MistahMC
Sec 1Sec 2Sec 3
Kei+0.422+0.522+0.456
MistahMC+0.340+0.518+0.280

I follow Kie25 ghost and I think he takes the first corner in 3rd and the second in 2nd. Maybe this would get you the few tenths that you need. At least this is what I did, have been following his ghost for days, finally reaching gold.

Did another 14 laps and down to 32.264 with optimal at 32.185

Really liking this BB Reverse TT. Just did my first go at it, got into the flow and just did 30 laps before I realized it. In solid gold for the TT, this was my easiest TT ever. I usually don't bother going for gold but this one is so short I found it really easy to just follow the line of the ghost the whole way through. Got 32.2 something, I'll give it another shot at some point I find this one really chill. Would like to get 31.x, seems fun to try for.

I don’t see myself spending too much time at the RBR TT. Maybe 1 more session to see if I can sneak a Silver but likely settle for Bronze.

The BB one though is fun. Got myself positioned into the Gold zone after a 175 km investment.

But I don’t think my time will stand. I might have a 32.650 in me but not much more than that.

Well here are my two videos for the Valkyrie TT, I am getting ill and stressed, I keep messing up at the middle part near the wave of sand/dirt. I either go too fast or slow. I still think the MT would give more power, better cornering/turning and speed.

Here are some statistics for TT32 at Brands Hatch GP in the Genesis G70 3.3T AWD Prestige Package '22.

Firstly, a huge thank you to @crome who developed script for me to scrape the final results. It has made my life hugely easier.

Highlights:
  • This was another somewhat easy TT, with 16.8% of drivers getting gold and only 9.3% getting no reward.
  • Participation was good again at over 128k.

I'm right in the middle! How about that? I'm also the only Australian, somehow.

Maybe I'll try that next time
Was hoping that’d get a response out of you. Lol.
Have obviously been using your ghost, hell of a lap. Almost looks like you clipped the wall on the left hander.

Edit: Weird, when I was first following it it looked like you clipped that wall, just started again and now it’s clean. Glitchy ghosts.

How can I get past the middle without going out of the track limit? And the last part keeps slowing me down by .500 hundredths of a second or more, so far, 0'34.897, so I'm in the bronze range. It's gonna be a battle to get to the gold pack!

Had another run at Broad Bean this evening… have 100 miles on the car now and shaved 3 tenths off my pre-work, morning lap time to get down to a 32.278. My optimal is a tenth faster than that, but per the law of diminishing returns, it’ll probably take me another 300 miles to find it 😂

Think I might park this one for a bit and switch back to the Aston Martin

Really need to position yourself to the right side of the track coming down from the bank and nail your turn in point, missing the wall by inches. And even then it’s a slight lift to make sure you’re not too far right for entry on the next turn. The whole track is a compromise, other than the last turn, every part either gives or takes from another turn.

I have never had a leaderboard that close to each other lol,

Did ran a few laps trying to keep on Doodles tail but he is so quick thru turn 3, i have no idea how he goes from all the way from the right to the wall and get that exit still on the left side, i always run wide, he must have the hyperdriftingturningoption enabled

closed the first session with a 32.481 decent 2.07% but low on the leaderboard :lol:,
funny little challange, short, relatively easy, but you can loose a lot of momentum and stuff it all up

Crazy times are comming in allready by you guys!

Got down to a 32.1 on reverse BB on the second session tonight. This track is essentially a one turn course, the only really tricky turn is the final turn in my opinion because a bad exit there will cost you time the entire rest of the lap. The rest of the time is managing the banked turn so you end up aiming for the green curb on the exit, so you can straighten your car out slightly to reset your car's bounce and go into the left without having to fight your car or lift much. You can go full throttle if you hit it right, I've hit the rev limiter in 4th a few times but think it's still a mistake to go into 5th, but maybe not.

You can easily practice the 90 degree turn too by restarting until you find the right point you're aiming to turn in and hit the corner properly so you can go full throttle slightly before hitting the apex. Also really easy to practice because you can just see how your speed compares to the ghost on the radar at the very start of the lap. The braking point will be different of course on the hot lap but the turn in point you're aiming for is the same.

Pretty sure I'll be able to get down to 31.9 with a few more attempts.

As @Tidgney said in his great video that the gold will be ok below 0:32.800, I've improved my PB at 0:32.798 ;) (ok, i'm a bit lazy).
Because I still don't have reptilian scales on my skin, I'll keep on pushing to secure my yellow medal 💪
The estimate time is an estimate, I'd always try improve a bit more to be safe, I was wrong with last weeks by quite a bit but I'm trying to improve on that accuracy.

Congratulations on the time though!

Always difficult to predict what you aliens might pull out of the hat
Enjoyed your guide btw, it's like listening to a very passionate live reporter or something ( in a good way )
keep it up!

Same here. I am at 32.650, which, if it holds, would be my first gold ever. 🤞 My main problem is consistency, I always tend to mess up at one point or another, but on this short track, that's not a concern at all.

You're very welcome and once again, thanks for the time you take for your very helpful videos (and for replying my stupid jokes on the forum). Merci !!

This morning, I'm back in silver on BB Raceway but I'm motivated to get my yellow medal back!

I finally found the mountain top (with plenty to spare)!! In the words of a famous philosopher, Master P, “Make em say uhh (uhh) Na-nah na-nah (na-nah na-nah)”
Getting wide on T1 seemed to really get me a faster exit speed - didn’t always end well of course but finally strung a lap together and I believe my fastest s3 so far! This one is allllmost as satisfying as Le Mans TT, but that one took me until last day to hit gold.
Before participating in this thread:

Gold: 0 Silver: 1 Bronze: 5
Since then:

Gold: 8 (will be 9!) Silver: 8 Bronze: 6 (stupid Fugu or whatever it’s called and stupid reverse willow!)

This was the lap prior to glory! It was such a gut punch too! Compared to my PB, I was up 0.271 through S2 but was almost 0.6 slower in S3!
