Same here for Spa. My sector 1 can be faster than the Gold ghosts I’m chasing but then I lose time though sectors 2 and 3. Next lap I smash sector 1 and mentally, I’m thinking don’t be slow on sector 2, so what do I do? Spin out… next lap, I’m slow in sector 1 and then pull out a good sector 2. Sector 3 just seems bad most of the time (probably as I’ve spent the least time there 😁).

After, far too many laps, I’m now sub 4% but that last .84% is still so far away. Especially as the aliens will still move the goal posts over the next week.

I have a very friendly thought for @Gorefast who was the first of two of us in the "0:51 club" with his Nismo. Well done Dude, you did it great and you gave me another motivation. Congrats for your next yellow medal!

@Evilmuffin: I've shared my video. As you can see, my first curve isn't optimal like yours and this is probably why I'm 0.2xx slower than you on the 1st sector. I'm not unhappy with the other technical parts (the hairpin and the banking) on the 2nd sector.

You alien! 😜 This is going to hold for gold, so now we are at 2-2 in gold medals, my 52,006 is not going to hold I'm afraid.

Congrats to you, my friend! That ist an awesome laptime. I'm happy that I reached my personal goal but now as I tasted blood I want more... Glockpants and you make me come back again instead of visiting my wet favourite track.

By the way I doubt that my time will hold for gold.

Lol, I was in struggle with it but made the call not to take the nokia setup with me, I time trialed myself to the french sea in a record time, and now have eleminated all stress factors for 2 weeks, no work, no pressure and no gaming....

But I will be 2% faster when I'm back 🤣🤣
 
Hmmm.....drove a few laps at Spa and improved by 0.002. Found some familiar names arround on the leaderboard 😆

Spa was not happening today. It's funny to me, I watched the WR lap and I have nearly identical gear selection and breaking points without watching a lap guide until now, but I'm still over 5 seconds off their time. Whatever alien juice I found for Broad Bean last week has been diluted by the wet track.

Hopefully something will click before the end so I can at least get gold. No progress today.

Thanks Mister, this score makes me very happy (and a bit proud). Honestly, I learn a lot with these TTs races and this is priceless!

BTW, I wish you peaceful and happy holidays in my country ;)

FWIW....I got my time with ALL the aids turned on 🤣

I'm at less 1/2 a second slower going through Eau Rouge and Raidilon without any aids.

Quick 10 laps at Spa between ‘life’… starting to get the hang of this slowly. Not using aids (other than ABS) as I want to learn the car a bit and see how the time comes down. Managed to find a couple of seconds over my first run on Thursday. Still have less than 75 miles on the car (“it’s just run-in, Sir”) so lots to discover but enjoying it more than I thought I would!

Only silver at the moment on a mid 2:41, but I’ll get there and would like a solid gold lap before the last Porsche eSports event starts tonight (911RSR at Daytona). Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

My red bull controller guide if anyone is interested. Been awhile since I've had time to do a vid so it felt nice to do this one.
