Me right now:

Frustrated Conan Obrien GIF
In my defense, it was on par with some of my clean sector one time :dunce:

I found a little bit in turn 2 by waiting slightly later to shift down into 6th. Unfortunately, I still can't figure out when my car is going to step out randomly or do the complete opposite and understeer into the wall at the exit of the turn. 55.051 was my best tonight. My optimal was sub 55...just. (54.999 )

I’ve been traveling a lot for work so my GT7 time has been much reduced the last 3 weeks. So far I’ve managed a 1:13.6xx at BMB which I will have to hope is good enough to hold as I’m away again all next week.

2 sessions in at HSR and I’m JUST sub 55. I feel like that should be enough unless there’s a wall-ride reset. To be honest, I’ll be pretty irritated if my clean lap gets wiped just because PD have the memories of goldfish.

Today's my 2nd day of playing this game after a long hiatus to F1 2017. After hearing some expert opinions, took the 2nd long 180 degree left hand turn as late as possible at the Highway Ring. After many trials, managed to enter Gold category with a modest time of 55:823. I'm just a tenth away from the Silver threshold but I'll be satisfied with that as well!

Another place to gain massive amount is the left turn at the S in the 2nd sector. One of my earlier problem was taking the apex too early.

Here are some statistics for TT36 at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in the Gran Turismo Red Bull X2014 Junior.

View attachment 1277187

Highlights:
  • Participation was lower than recent TTs; not surprising given how difficult it was.
  • This was a difficult TT by most metrics, with only 3.6% of drivers getting gold, silver below average and those with no reward above average. The proportion within 1% of #1 is on par with the most difficult TT yet, Nürburgring | Nordschleife in the tuned NSX.

Drivers with gold in all TTs
The number of drivers with gold in all TTs to date dropped from 123 to 121.

Oooosh 2nd on GTP for Spa?? 🤯 I will take that!! We will completely ignore @dimassa19 posting a much quicker time since you published these statistics and say I was second fastest 😂😂

Another quick outing in the Viper after two days off, yup this is still frustrating; feels like the entry to the banked part of the first left hander is a lottery as to whether the car will grip or slip. I don’t like the lottery. But it is a challenge and the rest of the lap is quite a lot of fun. I’m struggling to stay consistent but just hoping a I get a freak of a lap in the coming days and beat my current PB 😁 fully expecting @Gomario JSP to join in soon and nail himself in the top 100. God forbid you ever get a DD wheel and cockpit!!

Less said about the new TT the better. I doubt I’ll put much effort into it, gold and a top 1000 will probably suffice if I can do it. What a terrible combo.

Real life is a little crazy at Chez Fandango right now, so I haven’t had any seat time since last weekend. Had a quick 45mins on Blue Moon this morning and completed the circuit experience to familiarize myself with the track before jumping into the Viper for a 20 lap run.

Let’s just say that there’s a lot of opportunity for improvement and leave it at that 😂

Might get some more time tomorrow morning 🤞

It's standing just there in the livingroom waiting for me to get home.......
This is my chance.....my personal partional holy grail for better my chances on the leaderbord, .......maby........ we small see, maby I s*ck on dualsense....... 🤣

Crazy dude with crazy times..... behold....I'm coming for you.. 🤣

Finally got some time to play and tried the BMB TT. 200 miles later only managed to post a 1.14.052 with an optimal of 1.13.7xx which would just get me in gold. Unfortunately I have not been able to connect the sector and that viper is quite a **** car. You'd think the brakes are a "suggestion" when you apply them.

As I've said earlier, I'll not improve my score on HSR TT. So, I've decided to improve.... my previous gold scores on the 3 sectors of HSR CE (didn't had time to improve my final lap....for now....):
  • sector 1: 25.78x
  • sector 2: 21.191
  • sector 3: 19.603

So because of cheaters my hard earned Silver is now Bronze... and if PD wipes the board it will wipe those of us that earned our times cleanly and not wall riding.
What a bloody mess

After doing a bit of practice for my upcoming league race in ACC, I decided to give the Blue Moon Bay time trial a crack with my "ACR" spec Viper. Wow the track is dreadful with some unconventional corners and the car doesn't help with such a huge amount of torque. It doesn't rotate smoothly AT ALL, so you're constantly fighting the get it through the corners. Terrible combination but I still got into the gold bracket with a 1:13.649.
