Crap I'm out of the gold bracket by 0.011 seconds now.

Crazy how Jeddah is now over 1 second faster than P10 on the leaderboard! This guy is really insane. His latest replay shows he has barely around 100 km in the car as well (assuming he used the same one for whole TT).
That being said I just hit 1000 km in mine. With another record to celebrate on the final lap - 2:13.636 😎. Optimum improved into 2:13.273, but this would probably take another couple hundred kms to get close to. Happy with the 217th position.
I guess I should apologize for spamming this thread so much lately, but I am just so excited. I always struggled with sport tires and could not get into gold for at least 30 laps at the start of this TT.
Enjoy this beautiful 1:10.726 I have a target of .5 or high .4 but will be difficult 👍
Guys, this muffin......, he came out of nowhere.... and it's evil indeed!I had ..panting......never ....feel....panting....so exhausted...panting...after a hot lap. My heart was pounding, my hands were shaking, I was hyperventilating....
I think I'm going to have to abandon the HSR and join everyone at MP, Gold is secured there.
I anticipate I'm going to need many days and laps to see if Gold is possible for me. So far I only have done 5 laps on Day 1 and I need to find about 3-4 seconds off my current PB.
Anybody have some data on how stripes affect the MC20?
We won't know number until the end, but in terms of proportion, the Olympic one will take some beating. With the bar increased there to 1.5%, only 0.83% of drivers got gold. Of the 'normal' 3% ones, there are still a few tougher ones:Jeddah, dude, you really need to stop!
Guys, how about we go 10€ each and buy Jeddah Xbox and Forza, this really needs to stop. I mean gold is now almost at 2:14.6 and it feels right now that statistics will show least number of participants getting gold. I mean even less than on 1,5% for OS one.
@half_sourly am I right or it just feels like that?
I was warned and because of that not shocked after my first stint at MP. The car ist beautiful (especially in 'blu nettuno') so no stripes for me and hopefully Bronze. It is really awesome how fast some of you can go without contact. It reminds me of the definition of flying: it is like falling without hitting the ground.Bathurst is a real test of both car and driver so if it takes you a while to get comfortable, don't stress. Even the best drivers struggle around this geological oddity.
I cant stop PD rarely put these cars in a combo I need to enjoy every millisecond while it last. I hope for pagani huayra or a maverick on sport hards on next street car TT 🙏🙏🙏 please PDInsane Ebrahim!, i'm driving my bal*s off at 2:14.0 and i'm only 2.5%, thanks mate
You are realy on fire these days!, very cool to see your sliding far more than i would expect!
Keep it up!, ( altho you may stop now for this one ) 👍💪

It keeps getting faster, before we know it this muffin is out of our reach....
Nice times!
I definitely did not press full gas and brake at the same time lol, thats just downshifting quickly makes the gas meter go full on its own. Car rev matching by itself maybe? 😅@EbrahimX7 👽
Your lap is out of this planet!
I needed to watch your lap to see how you are doing it, liked and subscribed too, and while watching it I noticed how you go into T2 with both full brake and gas at same time.... 😊 Excellent foot work there 😊

If one day you consider to post video with two additional videos edited into your lap, a cam showing steering wheel and a cam showing pedal work, and need help with video editing, I can help.
Yeah, they are fun!, i like the roadcars combo more than high downforced etc, but some are just more challenging than others, and this one is quite a handfull with sports and place 507 and only 2.5x% is insaneI cant stop PD rarely put these cars in a combo I need to enjoy every millisecond while it last. OK thanks. I guess motion sensor steering is far more challenging now with Maserati on SH tires than Nordschleife tuned NSX.We won't know number until the end, but in terms of proportion, the Olympic one will take some beating. With @crome 's widget showing 2% at the moment, it would make this TT 4th most difficult so far, ignoring Olympic, in terms of getting gold.
- Suzuka - McLaren MP4/4 1.90%
- Road Atlanta X2019 1.96%
- Nordschleife tuned NSX 1.30%
- Autopolis SF23 2.46%
So what's next? Engine swapped Samba bus at Tokyo expressway central....in the wet? 😱Yeah, they are fun!, i like the roadcars combo more than high downforced etc, but some are just more challenging than others, and this one is quite a handfull with sports and place 507 and only 2.5x% is insane
so ease up, and i'll see you on the next one!
and @Dan_Tes , yeah man, just leave MP for what it is........, for once let me win.....
Sorry but I'm a bit more ambitious, so I would prefer something more difficult like the Jeep Willis '45 on Special Stage Route X !So what's next? Engine swapped Samba bus at Tokyo expressway central....in the wet? 😱
Yeah prob. Tokyo Wet with an ambulance on comfort hards......So what's next? Engine swapped Samba bus at Tokyo expressway central....in the wet? 😱
I found what works for me was to brake a tiny little bit early....get the car rotated and point at the apex and putting power down ( to maintain cornering speed) before hitting the apex. This seemed to give me the best exiting speed.Sorry, I don't share (fabulous) videos like our Saudi-Alien friend, so you'll only have a written feedback from me
Worked this morning with Godzilla on RBR TT. After some laps in a range of 1:30.9xx - 1:31.1xx, I've finally scored my first gold time with 1:30.643 🥰
I'm happy but the 1st sector was terrible (22.9xx) and I know this weak gold time will not hold 49 days. Good news, I have 49 days to improve this damned first sector, so if the planets are correctly aligned, I could score something around 1:30.3xx

@Gomario JSP : I completly second your message about the Devil-Muffin...
Thanks for your so valuable advices, Mr Devil-Muffin Yes, the exit speed is my issue here. Should be more focus on the breaking point and when and where to power down.I found what works for me was to brake a tiny little bit early....get the car rotated and point at the apex and putting power down ( to maintain cornering speed) before hitting the apex. I'll try to follow your path, as long as I keep human
Wow! You're really into this. Usually we're literally a few thousands of a second apart and so far our optimum lap was equally about 1:30:5xx. I aim for silver on this TT and guess that the gap between us will be larger than before. Good work! 👏Sorry, I don't share (fabulous) videos like our Saudi-Alien friend, so you'll only have a written feedback from me

Vielen Dank my friend, yes we are usually very close and that is a great emulation for both of us.Wow! You're really into this. GR.2 at SuzukaSo what's next? Engine swapped Samba bus at Tokyo expressway central....in the wet? 😱
Yeah it was already up a few days indeed, I was refering to when the current maserati slidefest is over, we prob get another slidefest 🤣🤣😁😉GR.2 at Suzuka
For sure! The real says 325km/h, in the game goes to +600km/h. I also don't understand why the gearbox is different. As Bathurst is my home track I will be focusing any time I get to play GT7 into getting my best possible lap time.
The MC20 is a bit of a handful on sports hard, I think it would do better to have sports soft tyres but also the power band and gear ratios make it an absolute nightmare on corner exit unless you use a gear (or 2) higher than normal.
Currently my time is a 2:13.749 which puts me at 260th as I write this, however I have an optimum of 2:13.250 so there is still plenty of time to find. A lot of my best laps have been lost to wall contact penalties so it has been difficult to string consistent laps together. This isn't helped by the twitchiness of the car when on throttle.
I hope the gear ratios on this car are different in real life, as they are in the game 2nd gear is absolutely useless.
"You put the barre very high" (with the accent of the Grande Vadrouille). 1:30.274 is a fantastic score and can't wait to see you in the very select "Under 1:30" club!Another little improvement in RBR
1'30'274 with optimal time at 1'30'222.
For today that will suffice. I will try the next few days to secure this gold medal a little more. With this Godzilla the RBR circuit is not that bad
