It's funny how these TT stints work with me, and i'm prob not the only one,
yesterday my fastest first stint lap was altho it was the fastest of the session, kind of awefull, on somany places i left time on the table.
mist a lot of apexes, T9 was not good, and kind of stuffed up 130R to.....

But maby i have to try the @Blayney T9 style and keep it in 3th ;)

Then this morning i couldn't even get in the 50's again.
I have to be completely relaxed or something to drive the NSX, cause it doesn't like my normally more nerveous driving style......
she wants it smooth..

So tried for an hour after have set my alarm clock on 5:30 AM but could not stick one lap together...

as for now the 1:50.872 still stands

@half_sourly

If you have a chance, may I get a report of all my TT results? PSN nope_not_here

Many thanks!! ❤️
Here you go. Let me know if anything looks incorrect.

I swear adding a custom livery shaves time off for TT events. I was using my factory-standard MC20 in that weird yet awesome yellow colour, and was struggling to keep laps together and had only managed a 2:17.994.

Headed off to the livery editor, gave it some big OZ Racing alloys, painted it G7 Dark Metallic, and gave it some personalized plates...

First lap: 2:17.084.

Finally into silver. Now to work on bringing that time down! Had a lap where I was 6 tenths up on my first lap, but lost it on the downhill and tapped a wall... so I know I can get down into the 16s!

After a satisfaction of having obtained the gold medal in HSR with a time of 0'55'005 and another gold medal on RBR with a time of 130'036 (but with a goal of being in the 1 '29, I still have time to get there), I am attacked at Suzuka. And frankly I love this combo (Suzuka + Honda). I only did a few laps, and got 1'52'227 with an optimal time of 1'51'8xx. It's not the gold medal yet but with more kilometers I think I'll get there. It also remains to improve my time on MP, but frankly it seems very hard to me to do better with a car that I hate

Now add go-faster stripes! You will have gold soonest :D

Setting the alarm on 05:30 AM to play GT7 really doesnt work on my wife... :guilty: Maybe I should paint the NSX in gold too... :dopey: I'll let you kown if she is more... "cooperative" :D
LOL I regularly get up 4-4:30-5:00 with my dog acting as my alarm clock - the old fella has ingeniously learned to stand on my bladder to wake me (he cant jump off the bed cuz he old). Its the only time I can play for an extended period of time and able to concentrate enough without kids and wife constantly asking me to do stuff lol.

That being said, I've been up quite early every day this week and this morning, at 5:05, I took dog out, stood there for about 2-3 minutes and decided bed was a better choice lol.

Again tried the Mt. Panorama TT. Was able to be consistent with my lap times for a few laps non stop. Not the best of tim9es this but I had a rhythm.

Was able to better my best time by 4 teths today to a 2:15:220 which was a pleasant surprise. I was able to achieve this in just my 4th lap of playing time. Am satisfied with this tim9e as I know Gold is beyond reach.

Today there wasn't much difference between my Best lap & my Optimal lap. It was just a tenth.

Anyone finds gr2 and gr1 cars feels weird with controller? There’s a delay when turning and the cars feels unpredictable unlike gr3 cars.
They drive a bit different indeed compared to GR.3 due to the heavy downforce, but I don't notice a big delay or something, the NSX does slow down less on engine as u would expected tho.
When do you notice delay, steering/braking/throttle input?

Only when steering, specially low speed turns there’s clear delay when you start moving the stick. And I play with sensitivity at 10.

The first chicane in the new time trial for example. It’s not the car, It’s like the game has hidden steering filter on these cars to aid controller players. Don’t know.

Another funny experience yesterday on Suzuka GR.2. I started with the NSX as it was the podium car, and I already knew that it was the most difficult car to hold on the track, a few tries and it wouldn't go down from 1.53... I switched to the GT-R and easily reached 1.52. Silver ok but I want gold. After 100km of tests, I change to the Lexus, and in the first lap I did 1.51.76*. It was the first time I got gold with just one lap. I go to the table and already Kelian_19 was in second place, and so I have a very short gold. However, I still have to try CLK and who knows, I may have to go back to NSX.

Not very productive afternoon here :guilty:
  • no improvement on RBR with Godzilla despite tens of desesperate laps. I still have my very weak gold score but can't secure it for now.
  • only 0.1 sec gained on Suzuka, despite tens of despesperate laps with the NSX. Generaly, I'm at 0:50.5xx before the hairpin but the issues start there and the second part of the circuit is more a battle between the car and the turns than a fluid drive. I'm 4 seconds slower than the TOP 5....4 SECONDS... :irked: but I only need to gain 1 sec. to get the yellow reward. I really wonder if I should give a try to another Gr. 2 like did successfully @aguia !

@GlockPants I really wonder how you've scored such magic time on the hairpin (CE sector 3), it's like sci-fi. for me... :nervous: And just to be sure, your score on the final lap is a joke, yes? :D

That has always been a good sector for me, just always made sense in my head. But a lot of that is MT magic. You have to exit in 3rd and give it the beans when you finish rotating.

As far as the full lap? I can't remember my time if it was good or bad on the CE.

you don't lose anything... the top car may not be the best car to do my best time,,, and the Lexus seems stable on this track
