Welcome to the club :)

I'm almost always without TCS on Dualsense btw, and it's doable for almost any TT.
most of the time i like to have a feel of power delivery and most of the time feeding throttle on higher powered cars is a lot quicker than running TCS, plus, i like driving more without it, if you push to much you pay the price :):lol::lol:
What do you mean by, "Pay the price"?

Most of the time we have to deal with rwd cars, push to hard results in oversteer, so if you push to hard you'll ending up backwards  :) :)
Well I'm stuck in the mid 49's at Alsace, I keep trying to push harder for a lower time but something on the track always blocks and slows me down or either I'll run into the wall/apex.

On the subject of TCS from the last page, do the fastest people have it at 0 for all events or do they use a little for some cars/combos? I found it easier and faster to be at 0 for the 918 at Atlanta, and this Alsace TT, but the Merc at Interlagos without TCS is a big pain in the proverbial. I'm currently much faster with TCS at 1.
not fastest but getting faster times with TC off than TC on, so it is TC off all the time for me

As I am back home with only 1 day left as Alsace I couldn't work it out by myself. So after warming up with GTR and 458 I chose the new Mazda and the old Alfa. With the approved ghosts from @GlockPants and @P-Courty I got rather quick into golden terrain. Otherwise the Circuit Experience (CE) helps a lot.

@GlockPants + @P-Courty : Guys, we need to talk. Seriously you're getting faster and faster and not too far away from now your ghosts will only flash shortly on my screen... ⚡Congrats to your awesome lap times! I start looking for new friends to compete with as I'm the same as I ever was.

I managed a solid silver time at the Interlagos TT using the controller - I will try again with the wheel to see if I can make any improvement, but still over 1s away from gold there.

I was quite surprised by my silver time - I managed to take off a massive 1.2s from my previous best, mainly by nailing the left-hander where the TT starts originally. Nailing that properly and carrying speed all the way to the start-finish line makes a monumental difference.
