Yes yes, it will be huge fun 😊 I have been practicing 😁 you see :D
Bring it on Finland, bring it on, if some country should be good drifting on snow that would be Finland !

The car for the Lake Louise TT is the GR Yaris.

I would guess that this TT will be easier with the pad. There wasn't a lot left to vary the time trials... Maybe I will move over to EA WRC after. I love time trials and know that rally is exactly a fight against the click but for whatever reason I just don't get excited...

Here are some statistics for TT53 at Autódromo de Interlagos in the Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series '20.

Quite a few people have new best placings, well done @ERAZER @JRFrench @Todt @Mira-maki @Bacchanalist @Dep Fishtail

This was a request to help people see how many places they're likely to gain by gaining a certain amount of time.

I am also providing an interim update on the UK-only event at Brands Hatch, although I won't include it in the overall results.

I somehow have the feeling that i will have to grind like crazy to even get close to a gold time, i can fairly say that rally isn't my strongest point in Simracing
But i'm going to give it my best
I actually question if I will be able to gold this one at all. Took me 2 days to gold the iA-9 master license. Rally driving in GT7 somehow doesn't work for me....it just doesn't compute.

There'll be an article for this in a few minutes (auto-posted into the thread by the forum software, so no, not a double-post!), as it occurred that we've never really covered the GT7 TTs and I don't know why (I think the two-week gap originally meant we missed a couple in a busy period and kinda... forgot about them).

As I'm doing it from new with a new format, and I don't really do the TTs that often, please do let me know if there's anything obviously missing from it or any changes you might like to see.

I'm at least going to wait a few days before I start on the new TT. Once I'm done at Tokyo, hopefully by then the WR will have more or less stabilized.

Like @Gorefast said, this one might be easier for the regular pad users. It'll be interesting to see @half_sourly 's results on this when it's finished.

But my recent performance at Tokyo will satisfy me long enough to accept a Silver in the Yaris, should it come to that.

Tokyo is killing me. I was lapping in the 1:29s over two second off my prior, lackluster BP so wasn’t feeling it tonight.

Then pulled out @Dolph Drago lsp time replay and chased that. That helped me get onto the brink off Silver. So close but still so far. This one is hard.

Btw did I say how much I hate the walls in Tokyo? 😁
Nice to see you poke your head in. Brake earlier than you think and keep the car settled. The feel of the grip will come to you. This car wants smooth smooth input here. Once you feel it, the time comes. With proper input this car almost feels on rails. The initial setting of the suspension with braking and turn in is what I found to be the key for my improvement.

Thank you very much for your great work!

I really love statistics you do and sometimes have ideas ( fantasies :D ) for some additions, but I am sure you already put proper work in it in order to make these tables, so I am constraining myself sharing ideas. This time I think to suggest you to remove something :D in order to add something so amount of work is the same. I just wonder, for example it is very nice to see all statistics from the very first TT, but I am watching motorsport on TV and many of those numbers are related to current year. I wonder if it is good idea for next year to have next year numbers ? and maybe remove "from TT 1"? What I think good with that is, we reset and then everyone is on same conditions and can start chasing "all gold" for year 2024, and best "ever" placement but for 2024, not really from TT 1. I think people might get motivated to improve numbers when we restart and we just compete for 2024 and not forever. Just me thinking out loud. You are THE master and know how much more work it might take so you decide if it is good or bad idea.

Those snow licenses are the worst. 😫

But who knows, maybe this TT will overtake it as the worst experience I’ve had in GT7.

Frist lunch-time run was … not great.
Mostly invalidated laps. One clean 1:48.0.

Those bollards can go to hell. 😡
