Thank god I managed to improve at Lake Louise. I despised the idea of having to go back there when previously I thought a low 1:46 was guaranteed gold...but as we now know, not.
Got a 1:45.6 after 200km of trying. I quickly realized what the hardest part about the TT was...consistency. I had gotten pretty good at S1, but then I faced the task of tackling the rest of the sectors.
Then, it happened, I got a lap together. If the time won't be good enough for gold, I'll lose my hope in humanity...in the sense that someone who used to be human is no more...
