I hadn't noticed that, I was just turning in following a ghost for T1
Right under the 50 mts sign. There it is.
Hope @Chris30 excuse me for using a screenshot from his replay.

Since I'm not really fast maybe I am the wrong one to give advice (sorry if I'm not helping) but I'll try anyway. 😅What about the rest of you
I uploaded an orange Bugatti Gr4 today.... 👀Looking for the option in GT7 to instantly paint all my 492 cars in orange.
Thanks in advance.
I think I know what you mean. Sometimes I’m way out in front with my inputs and it’s like I’m driving down hill. Other times I’m so behind but have a decent time that I keep going but all I’m doing is just reacting to what’s happening.Yeah, I lost my momentum at RBR. I gotta fight to the nail to get it back!! I gotta try to get in the silver range. What about the rest of you. What were your thoughts on my Lancer run? @Evilmuffin you're right it did feel different. I just looked at my Bathhurst run and that was a killer lap. If I had pushed harder I could have gotten in the silver range there too.

I like my Baguetti dipped in olive oil. Yum 😋 and great livery!Today was time for my second stint at Le Mans.
But first I needed to correct my Blue Bugatti problem. Orange livery is a MUST for the best times. It's been proven!
I couldn't really find one I liked, so I ventured to create my own. Now, I'm not the best at this, but I'm quite proud of my creativity.
The questions: What inspiration should I use? What would celebrate France and their culture? A legendary French circuit, a legendary French car ... Bread.
My friends, I present to you ... The Baguetti!

Brown is kinda orange. And I admittedly spent waaay to much time creating this, well, I'd call it a masterpiece. So I had time to do only one lap ...

Again, more proof of the speed of orange! And also remembering to use 7th gear
The only advice I can give you right now is to regain the smooth driving you had back in Bathurst. As of the RBR lap, I don't even know where to begin. But once you have the smoothness (and the reasonable consistency) back, we can then go into details about braking point, turn in point, gear shift/selection.Yeah, I lost my momentum at RBR. This is something I still need to remind myself at times and I'm a pretty consistent driver these days. Slow is ------> fast. The only advice I can give you right now is to regain the smooth driving you had back in Bathurst. As of the RBR lap, I don't even know where to begin. Very important: Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. It is much more important to do it correctly yet slowly as to do it fast but with incorrect form or mistakes.
I'm dying 🤣🤣The Baguetti!
Genius!!!
My best time of 1'50.592 so far! I really hate the first two turns, you can see I took a shot at using the MT again and it went okay, but I still lost some time somewhere in Sectors 1-2. I think I'm doing all right at Sector 3, well that last tight turn before the finish line is a lap killer. I had about 5 good laps and I mucked up at the end at that evil turn.
I don't think I'm taking advantage of the full width of the track. I gotta find a better button setup for the gear shifts up/down, braking and the accelerating. I tried the motion sensor 2-3 times and I am really bad at it so that won't work for me.
Anyone got any tips for me? I'm trying to figure out how I can save time at the first two turns. I'm learning the MT well I still misjudge shifting the gears, sometimes I drive on the wrong gear, 3 instead of 2. I know one thing timing is the key for using MT to get incredibly super low lap times.
Death by bread loaves!I'm dying 🤣🤣

Not sure what all these orange talk are about 👀Looking for the option in GT7 to instantly paint all my 492 cars in orange.

I looked for Tango before 😂
The blue Misano is awesome, excellent choice (but less veloce than an orange) 🥰😍Hi Chris
I think on the whole that is not a bad lap! Definitely some areas you can make time and credit to you to for persisting with manual gears; it’s not easy at first (unless it’s a classic Fiat 500 at Special Stage Route X ARE YOU LISTENING PD). I think you handled the gears well however it’s 3rd that is killing a lot of your time; this car has a slow gearshift and also as its Turbo plenty of midrange torque so revving the nuts out of it isn’t necessarily quicker; almost every corner you can exit in 4th and I’d recommend this; the only corner that doesn’t is the sharp right hander at the top of the hill where you rightly exited in 3rd.
Focus on getting the car slowed down and turned in nicely and then getting on the power in 4th most of the way round, in sector two you can stay in 4th almost the whole sector anyway and maybe only drop down to 3rd for a big braking input. You are losing a lot of time in the last two turns so get a bit more confidence in those two; stay in fourth and experiment with taking more speed than you have been into the second to last turn, stay out wide on the curbs and then early on the brakes and turn in for the final corner aiming to ride that inside curb and then get on the power really early in 4th and let the car drift over the exit curbs. It’s a good lap to me just need to be in the right gear at the right time, some of your braking work to keep the car steady in corners is excellent!
I got a few laps in at RBR today, it’s almost perfect besides my beloved SH tyres turning up again found a nice groove and we are cooking now, I’d love to commit a few hours to it this week because the splits already suggest a low 1:45 is possible!

Also, new car day went smoothly on Thursday and I’m officially a TRUE PETROLHEAD!! 🤪🤪🤪 words cannot describe how beautiful this car is and how wonderful it is to drive… I need to do a good detail on it and then get some proper photos for the post pictures of your real car thread.. but yes, I’m smitten 😍

Nope, I love LeMans and will take some laps next weekend 😁Am I the only person enjoying the Le Mans time trial? Maybe its just because gold seems pretty easy at the moment. I'm sure that will change over the next week though...
That’s solid gold though!Small improvement tonight, and I mean really small. I got to clock a 4:20:900 (previous PB was 4:20:963)

But few minutes before I got a 4:20:525 red flagged just because I simply looked at the blue wall in the Porsche curves. 😔
