In there, but only just....optimal is another 3/10th quicker. I think with some more laps I can bring it down to a safer range.....I hope :D

The wheel is up and running 😂

Did a few laps on Eiger Nordwand with the Subi (not in the TT menu only via Circuits because I'm a little chicken 😂) and Jesus.. i was not expecting that. Did around 20 laps with some spin.. a lot of spins actually 😂 Like really really many. It's hard at the start but this is just so much fun.

Running both FF and Sensitivity on 5 to start.

Best time I had was a 1:10.3xx but can't tell if some would have been red. Will try over the weekend to get some practice and try to improve. Probably gonna try in the TT next and see what happens. 🙈

Thanks again to @330_D for the help with the base settings 💪

I tried Eiger in VR. What a dizzying experience. I think I gave myself a headache and vertigo.

Currently I am so far off the pace... Feel like I am driving the balls off this thing but only at +10.05%. Obviously I'm not driving it right. Took a quick look at @Metalgear9493 lap and notice that he short shifts a lot and sometimes skip gears. I guess this car pulls from down low and loses steam at the top end?

That sound of the Impreza is absolutely fire from all those videos of you guys, that's going to be a call to the daughter back in the Netherlands this evening to buy two of them, next thing you know PD descides to go all Escudo on us 🤣🤣....so she has to visit LCD and UCD 🤣🤣

Ngl the Eiger TT is a bit of a struggle on Controller. Getting to grips with the Rally car on Tarmac with the new physics model is something to learn. The Tokyo TT took like 3 tries for me get gold. I think the WR will improve by a bit for the Eiger TT. Almost there for Gold :lol:

Was already out of gold again at Tokyo so i went again.

Tried some laps at the Nordwand after that. Never raced that track before plus very stressful for me with MT and it looks like even silver will not be that easy. Here i really have to watch the known YouTubers. That could probably help massively.

Nice score my friend, you're very fast no matter the combo!!
Hummmm, I'll possibly give a try to Tokyo if it's "easier" than the Nordwand-Hell.

Did one cautious lap in Tokyo to get the feel of it, not so bad, need to push now. In bronze for now.

Did a regular 10 laps stint at Eiger, I am loving this TT already, there is plenty room for improvement, my handbrake is not efficient for now but it can help rotate the car in the winding part of the track. I almost feel as if the tyres are too grippy.

Bronze for now but not so far from silver. But despite having a good margin for progress, I don't think I'll make it to gold. But I enjoy this TT 😊

Tried Tokyo. İmho new physics update seems like a step forward as throttle and steering inputs feel more lively and effective. Braking feels more real and tricky. I feel like I’m more in control of the car. Just increased ffb of my dd pro 8nm but some more tweaks surely needed overall. Will have to look at the forum for suggested adjustments. Happy lapping.

So far so good in TT, but new physics seem to help rally cars mroe than normal cars I wonder why???

The scooby with the handbrake really evoked some Colin mcrae gaming memories for me at Eiger N!!

Am I the only one with this issue ? I can't shift up with the 430 unless I press a tiny bit the gas pedal. If not, shifting up does nothing. Wth ???

Eh, I don't know where I stand with the new physics. Some cars feel more lively with a lot more detail under braking, and some cars feel disconnected and strange. Some have said that catching and maintaining oversteer is easier, but that is not happening in my experience.

Case in point, the Ferrari at Tokyo. The steering is crazy light, even with my FFB up, and it seems to still have the annoying trait of wanting to continue oversteer even with drop throttle. Right now it just feels like an understeery mess to me. Glad others are enjoying it.

Sitting at a 2:04.870 at the moment, with lots more in it. I'm hoping with time that I coalesce with the new physics and settle on some settings that feel appropriate.

Was waiting for you to drop your time on this - something didn't sit quite right with you just getting into gold. I tried to hop back in on it but can't get anywhere near my previous time. This thing feels so easy to overdrive. Great time!
Yeah I was revving it out before, bit silly. I watched Tidgneys video and had a big D'oh! moment, hopped on and did that in about 5 laps, lol.
