Don't need to revise  Just remember
I got 1 retake to do because I had a bad day at the exam and got a worse grade than I have done in tests and stuff.

i have M1 and c1 to retake, and im really annoyed that it did 🤬 in them. i got two A's in the mock :grumpy: . i only have 7 exams in summer, so i have it kinda light (critical thinking doesn't count) . 6 of those are maths :D. and the last is Physics , which is pretty much maths :D

Im lucky. Got 4 exams including the retake :D

Retaking philosophy which will be a pain.

 You're thick.

No I am kidding I got an E in english and had to retake the entire course last year so hope you don't go through that.
I was pretty crap at maths as well and although passing it I am 100% sure I would fail now.

my friend tried explaining philosophy to me on the bus. me brain is wwired the wrong way to understand it. i have to see something to believe it, if ya catch ma drift. He kept asking me how to prove that we are really here and that we aren't making this up in our subconscious . it confused me so much. My reply in the end was, i can prove im here, because if this was my subconscious, then GT5 would have been out 3/4 years ago :D

Maths would be most appreciated. đź‘Ť

Other subjects: English (Predicted C/B, very unlikely), Business (B, behind on coursework), Geography (C/B), Spanish (C, if I'm lucky). I'm not doing too bad on the whole but I just feel incredibly stressed at the moment, with a Macbeth controlled assessment on Tuesday and very limited knowledge of Macbeth, I'm going to do terribly.

Aww shame your not doing history I could have got you guaranteed A. (assuming you listened )

Macbeth I can't remember much about  but I remember the witches give clues as to what will happen.

What topics you doing in Geography? I might be able to help there.

i did macbeth coursework and got a 'D' for it. Which bits of maths, and which exam board? We could have a revision lobby where we have mics on and go through stuff with everyone.

Hey guys, I'm probably going to have to pull out of legends and stay as a reserve driver for TC Engineering if my Internet doesnt sorted out.

Currently doing factorising and expanding brackets at Grade B.

Erm. Pass  Edit: Having googled it to find what it was I actually do remember. Ask away.

I am totally crap at maths. Found that when I tried A level physics :dunce:

I would like to offer this as a deal for the Monza race, with a possible view to extending to Le Mans and HSR. The VW currently runs a High RPM Turbo kit, but I would be happy to mandate for the aforementioned events the VW running a Mid-RPM Turbo kit. This does make a difference in RPM and obviously decreases the Turbo Boost.

This my offer to all those VW sceptics out there.

Furi.

this is the website that i currently use

http://www.examsolutions.co.uk/ brilliant website, covers all the GCSE topics well and goes through examples. ignore his annoying voice, but he has been a great help to me and many others that i know. anyone else doing maths GCSE/A level he is easy to follow and explains pretty much everything! gained about 2 grades watching his videos!

True that. Half of maths GCSE is making sure A levels don't have a 100% fail rate its not actually needed.

So your a keen darts player JB. A good excuse to visit the pub

You get more torque running a mid RPM turbo. Only difference is you have to shift up earlier. Infact running this would mean that the VW would be quicker than the High RPM turbo. I've done testing before in cars with same power but different Turbos and Mid RPM was stronger than High RPM.

Just saying

Said same on mine... and surely less boost pressure? Thats what they do in BTCC.

Nope - on GT5 the boost pressure can not be changed - so it gives the same out put as the High RPM turbo.

The difference between Mid RPM and High is that there different at delivering the torque and the amount. In High, it starts about mid ish RPM, whereas Mid RPM starts from a very low RPM to about 70% of the RPM maybe more depending on the car. Only difference is if you change up earlier in Mid RPM you will be quicker out of the corners/starts/ and straights.

I did testing before, thats what I used to do when the power was limited - I'd stick a Mid RPM on and shift up a bit early and had great power on the exit.

Ok that makes is strange to me that applying a different turbo gives different bhp..

Yeah Mid gives less BHP - but youve limited it to 295 so Im just stating that when both are matched at BHP mid RPM turbo will be quicker than High RPM turbo

On the subject of Exam results I feel ashamed at what I got at GCSE. :guilty:

5 A*, 4 A

:D

Furi the Mid Rpm turbo will work if you don't keep the power at 295bhp. It would be easier just to add 50kg. đź‘Ť

I'm trying things. I still think this is a little bit of a storm in a teacup, but additional research always helps.
