Got a 4:28 earlier, lots more to come from that mainly in setup.

No don't do that. Uninstall the game file (not the game save file) and reinstall. Then re download the family pack from the playstation store (free)

This happened to me a few months ago and I did the above twice but with no effect. 3 days later the cars reappeared. Very odd

And you could always contact PS support (very helpful).
