Any one interested in a practice race at Tsukuba next weekend at any time, or maybe sometime during the week, but at 9 pm EST

This ain't whinging from a sore loser or anything, but it someways I do regret making the Toyota eligible. Performance wise it's comparable to a GT300 car. Still, It's too late to ban it or anything (that would be unfair on you guys) but I think we all agreed it needs taking down a notch.
 
I've done some testing and although it appears harsh, a 200Kg weight penalty AND 10% power cut appear to bring the Toyota into line with the opposition. Thats what will be mandated for Tsukuba this coming week. Also, the race's will start at 7:45pm GMT instead of 8pm GMT as that means less boredom and waiting around.
 
Wow, that sound like a hard cut to the toyota's performance.

Hope to see a lot of people on Satuday at the track.

Soudns harsh but it effective. Speed wise the Toyota is fast, but in cornering is where it gets such an advantage. So adding weight should help.

On topic, I'm really nervous about Tsukuba. Not only do I have to contend with the weight penalty, but lately whenever I'm gaming online my stupid idiot brother turns off the broadband without checking if I'M ACTUALLY USING IT FOR ONLINE RACING!!!

Don't forget Power Cut of 10% as well... But I think the Toyota may still have and advantage in the corners.
 
Boyce, you are doing fast laps, I can't break the 59.0 secs on my Integra.

From last races I can tell the mazdas are fast too. But in some point they loose performance faster than the Integras

Then it seems I have to do more set up to my car, so I can catch you at the end of each race.

I can't break 59 secs either in my Altezza. MrMulsanne, did you test all of the cars at Tsukuba?
 
Sorry I cant join the Test Session, but I'll be there tomorrow for the race.

Great session, Toyota is doing 1.00.0 flat, and my Honda has found a second. From 1.00.9 to 59.7 laps for me.

Also welcome new entries GTP_Akmuq and nismo_1987, who showed up and gave us a real race in his Integra.

Going to be fun, see you tomorrow.
 
MrMulsanne, we are doing the same time at Tsukuba, I am at 59.6 now, trying to find the 59 flat.

If you want lets share our setups for tomorrows final practice.

Are you using a DS3 or a wheel? I am using a DS3

Tonight's Schedule:

Room Open around 6.45-7pm GMT.

Qualifying until 7:30pm

Races start at 7:45pm

10 minute break between races.

Still open to entries if you PM me.

I'll be there. And I've just found an Integra in th dealers. I'll send the BMW back and race the Honda.:D
