Long overdue, sorry for the delay. The updated championship standings as we head to HSR. Even with changeable weather, it appears to be set to be a mostly dry event.

So if I have my time zone conversions correct, the races will start at about 2 pm US Eastern Daylight Time?
I may do some practice after the ITCC races tonight.

All set for tonight, bumper field expected as well. Honda's are quick (1:12.5 on average), but still struggling with tyres. Toyota have the same handicap as before and are around 1:12 mark as well.

Incredible Racing:
Race 1 - only 5 starters but I won by 0.1 seconds from driftking
Race 2 - 6 starters, driftking beat me by 0.1 seconds
Race 3 - I was pushed off by driftking fighting for the lead, but was still 2nd

We spent all three races wheel banging and getting sideways at 145mph. I was on dirt at 150mph going for the lead, he was swapping paint with me each corner. Great Stuff!!!! And Team Honda's First win!!!
Race 1 - only 5 starters but I won by 0.1 seconds from driftking
Race 2 - 6 starters, driftking beat me by 0.1 seconds
Race 3 - I was pushed off by driftking fighting for the lead, but was still 2nd

I see what you mean, he hit the honda and then hit me and I had engine damage and I was hit from an accident earlier in race 3 too as well as being shoved into the barrier on the penultimate lap. I don't see what GTP_akmuq is talking about to be honest as I was clearly within the rules but sorry if I offended him then i am sorry but not for my conduct in any way.
I guess today was not my day after being involved in numerous accidents but I guess that is the way it goes for me.

I've got a few pictures of the other racing going on as well.
What happened at the start of race 3? I started pole and got a terrible launch. VRracingfan got the jump on me but then there was at least 1.5 seconds back to third position. It looks a bit strange on the replay.

And I was close behind for the majority of Race 2 with a ringside seat. Maybe Dana White might want to own a racing team on the side.
Sadly, bumping into someone who false-started in Race #3 killed whatever chance I had at a good finish.

Sorry about that Race 3 incident, I was struggling with bad tyres and I had just been spun....
I did well in Race 3 considering i was glitched. The music that plays when a race is starting got stuck on loop for the entire event, and at the start I got a penalty depite not moving.
Stilll also Race 2 was good to see the BMW able to hang on to us both. Always like that car....
And driftking, I think it was midway through Race 3 that you got sideways and nearly crashed off of the second turn leading onto the bridge. How the hell did you hold that together?
I reckon this bodes well for two weeks and the Nurburgring. That first hairpin will be very interesting indeed....

Help Wanted: Person with mad video editing skills to edit Race 2 of the BTCC Series at High Speed Ring for possible posting on YouTube, Vimeo or any other internet video streaming service.Any online streams of it?Just watched race 2 in the BTCC and its as I thought. We're a model of restraint and careful driving in comparison
Maybe this'll catch the eyes of a few BTCC Racers, Officials and Fans.

Fixed.Here you go, makes our races look very sedate
Not the kind of off Plato or anyone watching the race expected. Let's hope we don't go down to that level.
If there's a race scheduled for this Saturday, I'm scheduled to work until 2 pm US EDT so I'll be home at about 1915 GMT and probably take part in the second and or 3rd races.
