I honestly don't know how much I can change it. Less weight is a no-no as it handles fine, it destroys everything else 0-60, it;s the lack of top-range torque that kills it. Honestly what else can I do?

Give the BMW users an X1 :sly:

Did you check every upgrade which is not used after putting the car to the TOCA specs? Maybe there's another upgrade that you can make that might help on it torque..

Test currently in progress.

EDIT Exactly same with Engine Stage 2 and No Turbo.

Engine Stage 3 only 0.1 quicker. Seems after 1/4 mile it loses all head of steam. Guess BMW could be for chop next season if it isn't fixed. ... Unless..

BMW allowed HIGH RPM Turbo and ENGINE STAGE 3 - takes 0.3 seconds off current time, doesn't sound much, but I guess the BMW's the car I will strike off after this season

Or you could make it corner better so it can at least make up the time it loses on the straights.

It's already 0.5 seconds up on everything else in 0-60, and faster than anything through a corner...

And G35 stays untouched ?
SCANDAL !! :D

I guess N/A and Turbo isn´t going to work together.
Although in wet conditions the G35 is very competitive in dry conditions your going down and loose against everybody.
I squeeze my maximum out of her (maybe a more skilled tuner can do better) but now the Beemer is probably going to destroy me on straights too
=> just downgrade them FWD´s a bit instead of raising the RWD´s (IMHO)

We could see how well it does at Spa, with the new upgrades and base its survival of that 👍

TOCA reports from Round 11 Race 3 at Monza - by raceorama

After good starts by Haitch, O'rama and a couple others, T1 was rather eventful. Haitch had no where to go on the start an had to stay behind Sumo (using a Volvo) letting O'rama up the inside. Then, as the pack aproached T1, Sumo snapped side ways nearly pushing O'rama into the barrier and blocking Haitch and DK. O'rama now in the lead was only to run wide a T2 letting Haitch though, who in turn opened up a gap.

By lap 2 the battle was on for 2nd. Smuffy, having also passed O'rama, was under great pressure as both O'rama and Furinkazen had got a good exit from T2 and were both in the slip stream.

As the trio entered T4 they were three a breast. Smuffy loses two positions in one corner. O'rama was now back into 2nd and Furinkazen 3rd. However, these positions weren't set in stone.

By the time the pack had left Lesmo 2, the positions had changed yet again. O'rama had been re-over taken by Smuffy and also by the two RPM cars. There was further shuffling of the pack by the time the cars were on the brakes. Haitch now had a sizeable lead.

Slipstreaming is where Monza races are lost and won. As you can see, everyone is trying to maximise there chances.

As the clouds came over, three Volvos broke away from the pack, Spurgy, Furinkazen and O'rama. They set about chasing down Haitch.

Three laps later, and they were there, the battle was on for the lead. Four cars now josseled for positions.

There were definatly two races going on now.

The battle of the best of the rest was hard fought. They then set about catching the leading 4.

By the last lap the field were back together, however, it was to little to late.

Haitch lost out in the last two straights as Sumo gained. Spurgy slipstreamed O'rama then cut back up the inside through Parabolica, he then got alongside O'rama down the straight. Furinkazen then tried a sneaky move round the outside benifitting from the double slipstream but O'rama saw it coming. O'rama pulled across infront of Furinkazen and got a bump which gave him that little push to beat Spurgy and take his first TOCA and GTP win!

Excellent O'Rama 👍 , who became TOCA's 23rd winner in 109 races. Thats a new winner every 4 to 5 races pretty much.

And this is why you don't turn on ABS through the RA menu in Free Run...

Actually, this is the reason we shouldn't have people changing cars and making life hard for those that are trying to get a good result. This is nothing against you at all, Sumo, you asked, if you could do it and Furi let you. But, someone explain to me, why someone is allowed to change the car (?) and then starts at the front (??).

We have seen something similar in real-life racing series, where a manufacturer simply enters more cars in a race to make life harder for their opponents. There's a reason why this is frowned upon. And another Volvo really wasn't what we others would have needed at Monza, of all places.

Just saying.

The reason why I started at the front in R3 was because I came last in R2. I don't think it was because I swapped, though I'm unsure if quitting out to change the colour of the Volvo would've had the same effect.
