And, yes, I remember you from way before that series, too, actually. You were one of the first guys I met on GT5. I remember having some good races with you, before our incidents.

we had an incident :confused:. I just thought you were a tad aggressive. Looking back on it now, that aggressiveness would be okay in a touring car series now, it's just at the time it was in a series with some quite laid back people :)

Edit: Just to note, the physics haven't changed. List has been put up by PD, just mentions PP adjustments, sound fix and the C7. If they did anymore they would put it down. The physics is just people expecting a change, so they find one. It's like a psychological effect. If you tell your brain that something in the game has changed, it will try to find something to be changed.

It's the maths that has changed, not the physics

And what about me? 3rd, spot in the main races pretty much locked on and a chance to win the race (if Paul and Yera screwed up big time) then BAM! "You have been disconnected from the server." :( :( :( :( :(

Oh I remember reading a notice from PD that they are 'apologising' to anyone who is currently having problems with online play, and that they are 'working' on it at the moment. Just a spot of bad luck I guess.

As dysfunctional as ever :lol:

PP may have changed but that does affect the cars themselves performance-wise - I only used PP as a general guideline when firstly speccing a car up, but HP and weight the main factors.

I agree with Snowcrash by the way. You don't want to be taking a cautious approach when some slightly brain dead fool dives in, knocks you into somebody else and causes a chain reaction.

Some cars have had a physics change, some for the better, some for the worse. And we all have brains, it just that some of us aren't as good as using our brain as other people :dopey: .

Are you sure :sly: ? You might not be using it properly; try referring to the brain manual for proper use.

Don't worry about it, it happens to all of us.

I went through a patch where I was leading the Lotus Elise Club Cup standings with three races left and DC'd from the next two races. :nervous:

Even more soul destroying was when I DC'd from a 13 second (and counting) lead, on the last lap of the FIA GT1 Season 3 Nurburgring (24 layout) race. :(

Happend to me a week friday, but I'm over it now, yes I'm over it now, yes I really am over it now.......

Don't worry mate that tutorial is coming to you and GTP next week. That'll sort your connection issues out.

I used the settings Friday and Saturday with no problems. Connections were smooth and sweet
