A couple spelling mistakes but they can be ironed out 👍

EDIT: eg with PaulMac and Snowcrash (Mazda) fiullinf filling out the podium.

Yeah, but nothing beats this mistake...

Btw Furi, are we going to change that DC rule or not? :P because as I was saying yesterday, why should someone start from the back after coming last in the race before. If someone had been hit off the race before and come last, they wouldn't be expected to start at the back, and it's effectively the same principal, how does it being a DC change anything? Also, as long as someone doesn't DC whilst the race in ending(like Paul did) the results are saved, so if someone leaves the lobby and comes back in, it still starts them in the right position, so the rule pretty much has no purpose other than screwing people over twice. We could have discussed this yesterday in between races seeing as there is no actual rule in the OP and it was the beginning of the season, but you were all too eager to see me start last, spamming the chat with stupid comments, which was a bit childish IMO.

Some people just can't handle losing.

Yup.

Also:

VenoMMotorsports: DaxCobra's team that is now equipped by himself, akmuq, and a pair of Honda's. They have won many championships, including the TOCA title, but then Neljack was part of the team. After he received a better offer from DBC, akmuq was called in as replacement, but can the team return to success now? Answer turned out to be no due to Akmuq's internet having Leprechauns, Dax with no sponsor, but Dax decided to team up with Sumo for S6. Should be a threat, for a race or two before Dax quits again. (and so this proved to be the case...)

Seriously, stop taking the piss at me leaving all the time, or I will leave.

LOL! I complained about this last season and YOU told me to stop whinging!

Hypocritical.

Actually, I've never argued against this point, I've always defended people who were told to go to the back after DC'ing, I don't remember it happening to you as you were virtually never there.

And Carb, grow up or don't comment, if you don't have a good argument for why we should have the rule then don't say anything...

Last season at Motegi. Race two, I dc'd.

Well every time Furi's told someone to start at the back for DC'ing, I've always told him it was a stupid rule, so I doubt I would have said anything different because it was you. And seeing as everyone in this series seems to spam "stop whinging" in chat whether someone disagrees with the rule, I doubt you could remember exactly who said what, and you're probably just taking a guess that it was me.

spurgy i dc'd from the first race and i didn't complain when i had to pull over for everyone

What, yesterday?

EDIT: Just watched the R1 replay and you did, I just didn't notice, you should of complained, I would of backed you up, unless you think the rule is fair?

I think it's a good rule to start at the back for dcing. It slows the racing down. Plus, dcing is the unintentional gran turismo version of a breakdown. It is an unfortunate addition of realism is the game.

I don't get what you're saying, how does it slow the racing down? What if a really slow person who was going to come last anyway DC's? Personally I think if you "break down" it's the same as coming last, so it should be treated as if you came last.

OK. It's actually beneficial for you to come back down to the surface of the earth for a while, by not winning a TOCA race...

It makes everyone else in the lobby wait for the person who disconnected to join back in. That slows the race room process down.

Still not seeing any good argument in here...

@Cnd, I don't think you understand the problem. If you DC from R1, and get 0 points, you still have to start at the back as if you had come 1st. IMO that makes no sense, I mean people who are doing badly are allowed to park up and purposely get reverse grid pole as well as still getting points, I just think if you get last place points, you should be treated as if you came last.

Well im sure youll still come first as you manage to win every race. I wouldnt worry.

That's not the point, I know I can still do well from the back, my point, as I said in my edit, is that people who get last place points, should be treated as if they came last, not 1st. I can't imagine anyone would be pleased about having to start at the back after a DC, but people seem to accept the rule, even though it was invented by Furi's logic :dopey:

They should get a better internet connection.

:P

I have crap net and somehow barely DC, I just get lag sometimes. :)

I have a day off tomorrow so may try start my Monza test of the cars ;). Expecting 1:58s from some if I'm honest.

A 10Mbps internet isn't good enough? 👎 I think I should get a 100Mbps internet...

100Mbps is crazy  . And 10Mbps is totally decent, no complaints. At least it's better than my connection:

My ISP actually isn't that bad, but sometimes they can be absolutely annoying and keep disconnecting me from the Internet :grumpy: .

Oh, I thought you are talking about qualifying lol. I see your point for the race.
