110 Cr for buying new games :D

Alright, here's the new power readings I've gotten from what I've named "The Pitiful Pao." :dopey:

88HP/6000RPM
92.65ft.lb./3600RPM

I also reduced the weight, somehow; it now weighs 686kg, :scared:.

Budget: 30,611cr

Racing Exhaust - 4500cr
Racing Brakes - 4500cr
N/A Tuning Stage 2 - 11,500cr
Weight Reduction 1 - 1000cr
Weight Reduction 2 - 5000cr
Transmission: Close - 5500cr

Sadly, this costed 33,000cr, which is 2389cr over my budget, so I need to be penalized somehow. :guilty:

Now, my time -

1'58.894

I can't subtract time for the life of me, so I would be grateful if someone could do the math for me. :dunce:

Round 6: Super Minis

Each of you was given an additional 12,000cr to spend on upgrading your cars.
You were then sent back to the streets of Paris to see how much quicker you were.

driftking18594 went with some tyres and suspension for his Honda S800 before posting a 1:50.736 time for 7 points.
Nazzii almost rebuilt his entire car with many upgrades to the Minica Dangan ZZ. He then ran a 1:48.742 for 25 points.
BH-21 also went for a wide ranging tune, his Honda TODAY G then being capable of a 1:52.518 for a massive 34 points.
shotamagee went with a smaller selection of big ticket upgrades for his Honda Z Act. A new time of 1:52.306 takes 32 points.
fabmaru bolted on a big turbo, and new transmission to his Nissan Be-1 before running a 1:48.319 laptime for 23 points.
superspeed made some unusual choices while upgrading the Nissan Pao, but still posted a respectable 1:58.894 for 22 points.
However, he spent so long in the shop that he was 18 hours late for the race. He also overspent by 1389cr for a further 13 point penalty.

Final Scores

Code:
Driver Car	Price	Drag	Speed	Size	Lap	Tuned	Total
=============================================================================
Nazzii Dangan ZZ	+20	+15	+24 [COLOR="red"]-11[/COLOR]	+16	-1	+25	88
fabmaru Be-1	+13	+20	+31	-0	+0	+23	87
shotamagee	Z Act	+18	+0	+15	+24	-8	+32	81
BH-21 TODAY G	+21	+5	+7	+16	-9	+34	74
driftking18594 S800	+3	+25 [COLOR="Red"]-18[/COLOR] +36	+10	+5	+7	68
superspeed PAO	+18	+10	+24	-5	-10	+22 [COLOR="red"]-31[/COLOR]	28

Nazzii wins by a whisker in the Mitsubishi Minican Dangan ZZ despite an 11 point time penalty.
He is closely followed by fabmaru in the Nissan Be-1, then shotamagee in the tiny Honda Z Act.

Well done Nazzii - you have earned the right to run the next round (I'm not going to have much time at all this week).

For comparason, the test cars I used and their scores;

Code:
Car Price	Drag	Speed	Size	Lap	Tuned	Total
=====================================================================
Honda S800	+3	+15	+36	+10	+9	+13	= 86
Fiat 500F	+16	+0	-6	+25	-23	+73	= 85
Toyota Sport800	+8	+10	+27	+0	+3	+26	= 74
Honda TodayG	+21	+5	+7	+16	-5	+30	= 74

The Honda S800, and Fiat 500 could have been right up there with the winners,
and just look at the possible improvement you can get in the final round with the baby Fiat!

Congratulations Nazzii! (I'm a bit frustrated... losing by 1 point.. WHY?)

I could break the scores down for you, but really it boils down to him having the better car - remember he would have won by 12 points were it not for his time penalty.

I know that but you were bad to me with that car size part.

Thank you guys :) I enjoyed this comparison as well. I know I won't be good at hosting challenge so I hope someone would want to host instead of me :)

Damn, I fell to pieces in that last event.

I wouldn't mind deciding the challenge, it gives me something to do. I've got an idea lined up already.

I think I'll definitely give this next challenge a try. Now that I've said that, I'll forget and I won't remember to submit my entry.

Will you set restrictions on parts we can buy? Does anyone know for a fact if washing the car does anything?

EDIT: Im not picking the peugeot.

The challenge hasn't been set yet so there's no point in rushing ahead like that, AndersonG22. Also, you need to read the AUP.
You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

I'll prohibit the tuner company cars, NOS and racing slicks. Anything else is fair game. The first few challenges will be stock, I'm just wondering what Car-less has lined up as challenges.

When will this start, friday? I will be driving the dodge srt4 03', thats my final answer. Is it wrong for me to pick a car so early? I just got the game, and Im eager to join an event like this. I used to play FM on XBL befor my xbox broke last month.

I do not know when a new round will start, so yeah its probably to early to pick a car, especially since we don't know what the round will cover.

If Car-less dosen't have anything planned then I reckon we should do the 40,000 Cr. FF challenge that Driftking has proposed

Well, an official looking type post with a banner and the actual parameters of the challenge would certainly kick one off. ;)

What happens, do I decide the challenges, or does Car-less decide them?

If your ready to go, go ahead and post/host an event. It used to be the winner of a round was the host of the next, but most of the winners have declined.

Doesn't Car-less usually take care of keeping tabs on the points?

Only when he hosts an event, which he has done the most of anyone in this thread.

If you host an event your responsible for scoring it and keep track of the score.
