Touge Drivers Club | Organized Racing | 440PP/SH

Stavingo, SolidSnake and Wynter should discuss with each other and start a new thread. That will be the way to get things started.
 
i can act as a representative, hosting mock battles when i can.
 
we could discuss any changes, ideas, suggestions on this thread before opening a new one where the final settings/regulations would be posted

Members of LotS shouldn't have to go through the process of going through a mock battle to join the TDC? Pretty similar layouts and most of the guys on LotS know what they're doing on the touge.

Thoughts on that?
 
i'm tired of waiting for core season 2 of lotS so i'm gonna make a tdc group page since i spent days tuning my car for it and lotS.... those interested join up i'm gonna need a group effort for tracks and make it so all members can post so theres no waiting for results to be put up, follow the same rules as always keep it clean but have fun.

Haha... we're almost there for Season 2. You can always come and join the room still and have unofficial battles. It's not just strictly FF only room. And we do fool around a bit.
 
Ugh, it would've probably been better off if one of the people who was going to take over TDC to start the group, but nonetheless it has been created.

Also, anyone want to change the limit of the PP as it is (440) or are we going to raise/lower it along with tyre regulations.

Not fussed where the PP is now at the moment, but 450PP would probably suit better.

I don't mind 440, and I wouldn't mind less then 440.

I think TDC should just keep the current classes. I know many people have already tuned their 440PP machines. And Nightingale has done it in such a way not to clash with GTTC and LotS.

LotS is going to try out 450PP class in Season 2.
 
I think we should keep the idea of having teams, it makes TDC unique from other touge leagues. And as for the mock battles, we should keep it aswell. I know others from LotS know how everything goes, but we don't want a new comer who rams everyone just to pass now do we? I also think we should keep all rules, regulations, tracks and so on. I wouldn't want to change anything about TDC, it's great the way it is.
 
Nightingale has it pretty well thought out actually. And I agree with CrossFade94 on this. The no damage policy also sets it apart altogether and mock battles will be a good place to ensure that the joining member is well informed about this rule.
 
And this is a little late but I wouldn't mind taking over. I know what Nightingale would have wanted for TDC and we should keep this going. It's a brilliant touge league. But if others don't agree, then thats fine aswell :) Just as long as TDC continues.
 
I am still availablle for mock battles if anyone needs one :) And I need drivers for Kansei Spirit. Just PM me on GTP or PSN if anyone is interested :D
 
this seems like an interesting race group to join. My interest is quite high and would like to possibly join. Look out for a friend request from iShift_Faced on the psn. Thanks.

Thats why I suggested that people from GTTC or LotS can join automatically instead of going through a mock battle.

If it's people that are joining a touge series for the first time, then we shall conduct a mock battle with them.

Guess we shall keep TDC at 440PP limit :)

520pp? now you are compensating for something. ha jk. but my vote is to bypass mock battles if recommended by a existing member. basically if people can vouch for you as a clean driver you can just join.

I find SS a little to grippy IMO, SH keeps it fun.

Better off keeping it at 440PP as people have already tuned their cars to this level.

personally i like 480PP but i think we keep the classes as is as Nightingale actually had this well thought out, as Timber said
 
i want to get the leg work done and have it all set up then i'll transfer group ownership to an admin like cross, there is a 400pp class a 440pp and a 520pp class so we can have a variation, but as for tires, think about it sports hard are competition tires comfort tires are what come on most cars for real exept ch thats like walmart brand tires.

Actually it was said numerous times on LotS's official thread. Touge drivers use what we would call Sports Soft.

Anyway, I really don't think we should have a 520PP class. We don't want to clash with LotS.
