Thanks Phillip, but did you like the way I managed to take the second corner in the middle sector in fifth gear . It was a good clean lap. Just as well the gentlemen with the race pedigree on this thread didn’t see my lap time as I’m sure they will smash it.

That sounds interesting Stiggs. That definitely should come first, work hard and on the weekend you can set some lap times for the track and hopefully,…… you can hold the lap record for this combo.

Internet checks out ok good connection, just no connection to PSN

Mind I don't see a Birmingham server on the network, being rooted through other servers but that is still giving me 38mbps and 3.7mbps

Sorry for running late tonight, and being all over the place.
After you guys left I switched off tyre wear so I could do multiple laps and best lap was 1'25.246.

I hope to be able to race tomorrow, since it will be my last day on the PS3 till monday again.

Had a great time and was pleased to see so many on the grid. It's a shame Phil and Andy had no PSN. Very strange.

Thanks Rutter, Cico, RenTec, Captain, Spy, Ghost, Prudent, Turbonato, Jon, Chris1984 and a few others that I'll add later.


Working very late again tonight, so might be able to get on around 10-11pm for a couple.

Sounds like you all had a nice evening, cico you can get out of town straight away with your 1'25s I was in the 1'28s after upgrading the parts, but not tuning the bits. Even doing that would not make up some 3 seconds.

The afternoon early evening was also good with a steady stream of guess coming in and out, sorry to say none of the TCR members were seen at this time, maybe if I keep opening the room early there maybe a change.

I hope that my server ISP and PSN play the game and give me a steady connection soon, I see Virgin Media (God best you Richard) are doubling our internet speed for free this year that will give me 100mbps of unstable connection I would give it all up for a constant 20mbps.

Hi Dan, if you read the first post it will give you a good indication on how this works and we try stick to the schedule but as we have other commitments we try stick to this as best as we can.

So Stiggs you’re saying that I should lower the rear. As I went the other way and have lowered the front and with Mr A’s tip on having max front down force has helped me get the car to turn in.

I’m slow everywhere except through the chicane on the hill I’m really quick there,…… well at least last night I was.

But what a room last night, and it was busy, they were obliviously enjoying it as whoever joined (different cars) stayed in the room but there was some serious wrestling and tough racing going you really had to muscle your way around the track….. it was different racing but I had some good races last night. If you guys don’t like the way the rooms going just open another one and repost the lobby number.
