Edit: I got a saved replay of yourself, XR3Turbo, Alexi and finsiuboy and I’ll try get this up by Friday. finsiuboy (can’t remember his name) is a bit rough around the edges but he joins our rooms quite often. I just think he needs a bit of coaching, that race etiquette.

We thought we'd try make it interesting were you could sacrifice aero for bhp or vice versa, so there was tinkering to be done.

Unfortunately the bad news first, fusinuboy, I know you have been told about cutting by Alexi but to show that here at TCR, for the good of the regular members and visitor to TCR we don’t accept this type of thing.

Watching your replay this was only two of a number of times you exploited the parts of the track, whereby you could get round the penalty system, but unfortunately you can’t get round mine. We would love for you to come back and race at TCR, but for the good of all the members we will not accept this type of driving.

Other visitor to TCR see this and they think it’s ok for them to do the same, not going to happen.

Now the good news, first night well I say night I was there from late afternoon but didn’t post the room number till 6.15pm.

What a fantastic number of visitors to TCR there were, most grids had 8 or more in at one point I think there were 12 or 13 in the room. Some of the names that stood out

To name but a few, some took to the combo like a duck to water such a high standard of driving fantastic racing lines by all watching the video replays.

I’m going to look through the video replays for fastest lap times, best turned out Roadster who had the best looking spin out, ha I think I’ve taken that one already lol I was useless, time to hang up my driving gloves me thinks getting to old for you young uns.

Bang on Phil, you're an absolute LEGEND!
I've told him so many times that it's not funny anymore, so next time he's in the room, we'll warn him that it's been noted and if he persists, kickety kick time!

Apart from that, it was great racing!

Had a good session when Jon joined. We tried various set-ups and have managed a PB of 1m 26.678. Unfortunately during free running so no replay.
I'm pretty sure I can get a 26.3 with the same tune, which can be found here - https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=6429927#post6429927 - but change rear aero to 30.

This is the one Jon is using with his pad - https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=6144286#post6144286 - Best I managed with this was 26.8, so not 100% sure which is best yet.

The fastest lap can only be set in race mode with the room settings

EDIT:I will be happy to give a Supra RZ to the fastest documented lap time as I believe this is quite a difficult car to come across.

I haven't had much track time this week and haven't been able to save any good replays this week but I have done a replay from Mondays racing of a replay that my brother had saved.

I stayed up until early hours this morning testing Gary's tracks and Gary can you can share Curves Lane for us to test.

Part of the new format by Alexi and Jonathan is for a mid week break night, they both have given me the job of finding fun and relaxation for all the visitors & members of TCR on a Wednesday, remember this is just a one off night and the normal combo for the week will still continue again from Thursday through Saturday, With Sundays being testing day for the next weeks combo.

This track set in the rolling hills is prone to the rogue downpour, race was postponed due to the heavens opening up at mid day, there could be still a fair bit of standing water and I would not rule out another sudden downpour during the race, hopefully not enough to bring out the yellow flags..

The weather could clear up for some good classic racing with warm sunshine, but be warned its notorious here for rain, it could come back at anytime.​

Come armed with Sport Soft’s & Intermediates or wets Only.​

It could be very unpredictable here in the hills, so you’ll have to talk to your pit crew about tyre choice​

Please do not use RH, RM, RS tyres​

If you can bring both cars that would be great, as I would like to run half the field in the Black E-type and half in the white 300SL coupe, number of races in one then to be fair a number of races in the other.

I hope you’ll all come along and support me on a Wednesday that is if you can find the time in your personal lives.

This will be run on the same track GT-Park, so no need to learn a new track, but we’re not counting out using new tracks in the future.

Room setting will be the same except PP will be set to 495pp

Thanks, I hope everyone will enjoy the break starting Wednesday next week, starting off small with a requested E-type event, but like I said not everyone may have it, so put the 300SL coupe premium car in and tried to balance them both out.

All we need now is for Jon to make us a nice track, to suit the combo for the week and the E-Type ][

Once we have next week Mon, Tues, ---- Thurs, Fri, Sat combo posted i'll put both combos in the past and current thread

Should help members find the combos for that week.

You can add what ever you want to, you can then use the aero or the power limiter or a mix of both to bring the pp down to 510pp
