haha. Well I really like monaco. Was in the top 20 on the leader board with a mclaren there for a while, not sure where I am now though. That time in the renault is like half a second off my actual best but I was struggling to get any lower than that so I left it. I'm sure someone has gotten pretty close to that anyway.

Nice one. With the McLaren I fought for my LB times there, but not with this car I gave it 15 minutes and submitted a time. But its nice to see a quick one posted. GTP_Dessy? I'll remember that PSN name for future reference. Mine is RaySirX, and I'd like to drop you a line after the game comes out. Speaking of which, L12 this is my last round, so do whatever you need to. I'm going to clear my head for a week before things get serious again.

Cleaning up a few corners, probably the last 2 in S3 are still my worst, and yeah I'd have a reasonable shot at shaving another second off. However to drop another 2 seconds? Think I'd need to warp time to pull that off .

Well round 3 is over and everyone seems to be posting there time so I said I'd join in 👍

And another one . Just for fun I checked the 360 LB's and currently the T10 are running mostly 1.11's but at the very top there are 2 1.09's (6 & 7) and 2 1.10's (6 & 9).

Also this rounds time would put you exactly 30th on the 360 board. Errr... not to overstate it, but that's fast .

Awesome! Well these leader boards aren't too intense. GT5 is gonna be ridicules. If you aren't on it from day one it's gonna be very hard to stay in the top 100. Im trying to think what track would mean the most to me to have a fast time on so I'm probably gonna have one that I really focus on.

Yeah, personally I can't see how a 1:09 is possible. I got a mid 1:11 in a mclaren and I really find it hard to believe there is another 2 seconds floating around. Could have found a bug at a part of the track that allows corner cutting. Who knows. Pity there aren't replays like in GT.

Timo will no longer be participating as he lost all his funding to continue throughout the rest of the season. Some were never able to secure enough funding to even enter the first round, so, as it stands...gentlemen, we must continue into this 10+2 Round Competition. I am willing and able to schedule the remainder of the season around Hot Pursuit and GT5.

An annual Premium subscription remains on the table, all you have do is reach for it.

He pulled out during the beginning hours of the round as he felt he wouldn't be able to keep up with it since GT5 releases next week; as I've said already, I'm not pushing one game to the side just because another one decides it finally wants to hit the shelves. I'm fully understanding of some people wanting to play the living crap out of it now that's it finally on the horizon...but it's just going to have to wait it's turn from my point of view.

I still have this and Hot Pursuit to go through, and since my wheel is in bad condition....that pretty much just leaves Hot Pursuit.

No time from me in the previous rd... next round is also looking doubtful. The living room is decommissioned while we do some minor reno's.

For what it's worth, I've not done a clean lap below 1'14 at Monaco in any car, I would probably have struggled to break 1'15 in the Renault.

Special Event is quite fun so far, Monza in the Wet is really challenging. Judging throttle on the exit of the 1st hairpin, late apex in to 1st Lesmos and using maximum track at Ascari. Enjoyable.

Annoying that you can't chose tyres in TT mode. Though maybe Inters are enough for here.

Took me a little while to dig back up, but based on the following vid of Suzuka you're both right in that what the game considers "clean" at times leaves a little to be desired . Even the driver of this hot lap was surprised with what he was able to get away with.

No I was trying to upload the images direct to a pm or a post so I didnt have to create an Imageshack account.

Thankfully you can upload images to an album on your GTPlanet member page and post that url in a pm or post. Easy when you know how.
