Id still have the Aston though as I dont know how any of the cars drive so its purely on looks and sound althought i thought it had well over 450 hp.
I like the 911 and M6 alot more now aswell I have to say it was quite a tough one.
Yeah the ascari is fast but if I had the money it would be on the bottom of my list of supercars.

Yeah, Jerry was right with what he had on the back of his Jacket, I think it was a tie between the M6 and Aston in terms of which was best, but then bear in mind Jerry liked the M6 for the same reasons he likes the M5 which is £20k less. So it's closer to say 911, Aston, M6. Thats the kind of feeling I got from them all anyway, the 911 was staggeringly fast down that coastal road.

If you dont need practicality then your head should say 911.

For practicality you'll buy an M5 for 20k less, thats what they were saying in the cabin at the end when JC was saying about what he liked about the M6. I wouldn't have the 911, I'm sorry but I agree with JC< wankers drive them, that all you see all over the place, wankers in 911's. My ex-boss used to oen one, he was a wanker, one of my partners ex-bosses owns one, he's a wanker, my brother owns one, he's a wanker, ect, ect, ect.

I don't doubt the ability of the M6 or 911, but the problem for me and the M6 is the styling and I've never been keen on BMW's interiors and complicated computers. The 911, well, is a 911. It's too common and like what they were saying, you will be hated for owning one. The Aston, well, the looks, the engine, everything ticks the boxes. OK, it wasn't as fast as the 911 but you are not going to be racing like that everyday are you?

Well now that was a refreshing peace of telly.
Nice piece about the M6, Aston Martin V8 Vantage and 911, think I would have the M6 then ever so quickly trade it for an M5, the Aston is too loud and the 911 is boring beyond belief.
The Ascari is one fast piece of kit, nice job flying the flag for the brits.
@ The celeb when he lost a wheel on his wagon, god dammit I was laughing but before that he totally owned Jeremy and his merc. Priceless.
Oh and rememebr: C**ks Buy Porches.

Am i the only one who thinks that the M6 was the best looking of the lot?? I mean the Aston looks good but only because it looks like a DB9 which is why i think the M6 is the best looking of the 3.

I think the Aston is by far the best looking, then the 911 (though as a car it's gay) and then the M6. The Aston is diferent enough from the DB9 imo, has quite a different front end when you stick the two side by side, completely different lights, and different proportions.

i should have been in bed an hour ago, but the dl just finished, so i had to see it. brilliant episode.
the ascari surprised me very much, it never really appeared very interesting to me, but it is seriously fast indeed, sounds gorgeous and it is nicely understated compared to its rivals.
on the three coupes, the M6 is still my favourite. the 911 is boring as someone already said, at least the carrera. the only interesting 911s are the turbo and the GT3 versions, the carrera is just too common...
while the aston looks fabulous, has a great badge, it shouldn't be so slow.
so the BMW is left, not quicker than the 911, but then it is a much bigger car. i think it looks very good, has a great engine, more room, delimited it will do over 200 and in the end i like bimmers.
