Enjoyed the episode and the show has recovered well from the dreadful first episode! The Disco Volante is just stunning, May and Hammonds reviews were good as was Whitehall SIARPC seg.

Only problem was Jeremy cooking pizzas with a blowtorch that were strapped to Hammond, umm....what the hell was that?!

That was classic Top Gear . Don't you remember Dr. Dr. Clarkson's V8 experiments?

I'm watching the repeat on BBC2 now, and I can't find many faults with this episode. I'd love to see the Caterham 620R return when the weather's drier.

As expected Zenvo are fuming about the review their car got, claiming the clutch went due to heavy driving by the Top Gear crew for long periods of time, the intercooler was a faulty outsourced part, the lap was too wet for a supercar running these tires and are claiming that Top gear only aired the bad parts of the review.

Fix the car and give it to them back I say, stop whining about your 800k car and do like Koenegsigggggggggggg did.

Bring that and the Dutch super car back.

Does anyone know why this Sundays episode will be on at 10pm rather than 8??

10pm is late and they are going to lose quite a lot of viewers because of that..

I know what it is...im in Wales, and there's a Welsh open Snooker tournament on all week on BBC Two Wales and the final must be on Sunday night so TG will be on at 10pm here....but I can watch it on BBC Two England on Sky!

Hello, I'm new to this thread.

Anyway, I enjoyed the most recent Top Gear episode myself. I loved the pizza experiment. Although, I could've swore that I saw something similar on one of those Top Gear live videos on youtube once.

Would've been cool if they continued the double celebrity SIARPC from a few seasons back and managed to bag Bryan Cranston this weekend as well as Aaron Paul. Both have new movies to plug, which is a good enough excuse to have both on the show together.

I have a feeling he will set a pretty decent time if it's dry, seeing the training he got at NFS.

I think he didn't do very much of the driving in the movie, most of it was done by Tanner Foust...

Yes, but if I recall correctly I think I saw a video of him being taught to drive abit (maybe be totally wrong though)

He is on the Graham Norton Show tonight, as well as doing the SIARPC and being on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show...so he was clearly on a Promo tour this week

Also, Sundays episode will be the penultimate one in the series...man this series has gone fast!

The special next week will be split into two parts over two weekends, like last year.

Extending the season length while squeezing more content into the specials by making them a couple of hours long worked well last time. Sounds like a formula the producers want to maintain.

Just hope it's not as incredibly scripted as recent ones.

I thought the whole episode was really good. None of it was boring or too silly. I have no idea how the cycle committee people stay so serious though, I'd be cracking up.

It was a great episode. But I think the bike part went on for to long. Was funny tho. Who was the person in the Star in a Reasonably Priced car, looked like he was advertising a film full of replicas and never herd of him also.

Bring on the Easter special, I mean Christmas special.

The whole bike thing was pointless. They harked on about what we already knew of their views on cycling. Though the only part I did like was seeing Clarkson and May dealing with London traffic. Far too much of this episode was taken up by all that though.

Everything else was okay, even though I thought Clarkson dismissed the A45 far too soon and it would have been worth setting a timed lap in it. The SIARPC made up for the lengthy cycling gag that preceded it, complete with Aaron's catchphrase during the lap and more talk on Breaking Bad than I was expecting. Great cinematography in the 918 segment, which is a given with many of Top Gear's films. Not the best episode this season IMO, but we've had worse this season unfortunately.

Still, I'm looking forward to their trip across western Indochina in the coming weeks.
